Phoenix Gulf Shores 2102 is a three-bedroom, three-bath condo with incredible Gulf-front views from the 21st floor.



The brand new pickleball court is now open!



Features include:



• Access to the balcony is from the living room and primary bedroom.



• Tile flooring is throughout the unit.



• Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a wet bar. The dining room table seats six, with four bar stools for additional seating.



• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit.



• Living area features a sofa sleeper



• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed



• Second bedroom features two queen-size beds



• Third bedroom features two queen-size beds



• Keyless entry for no-wait check-in and check-out



• Maximum of two cars allowed. Parking passes are $55 each + tax. Guests must provide registration information in advance and purchase parking passes online via a link sent by email after registration.



• Strict NO SMOKING property, except in designated areas in the parking garage

Our stay was very nice. Accommodations were great. One suggestion, however, for those of us 70-year-old people it would be nice to have grab bars in the showers.

“ Exceeding Expectations”

My wife and I loved our stay. Beautiful, spacious, well-appointed and clean. The only thing better than being so close to the beach was the large and lovely balcony on which to enjoy the amazing views of the Gulf, feel the breeze, and be lulled by the sounds of the surf.

Overall property was great! Our condo could use a little touching upon paint. There were some places where paint was chipping on baseboards and a large patch spot over sofa where paint didnt match. Minor things but would def stay there again!

Great location, condo is beautiful. Could improve the mattresses and the pillows. The unit sleeps 12, so more seating on the balcony would be nice. Also, since it is a larger unit, more parking passes should be allowed for purchase.
