The Provincial Bed & Breakfast, located in Minlaton's main street, is a stylish cosy self contained holiday rental house carefully furnished in a French provincial style. Be prepared to be impressed!

The Provincial is within easy walking distance to the local shops and eateries and across the road from the retirement village. Continental breakfast provisions (cereal and condiments only) are included in the nightly accommodation rate.

This bed & breakfast accommodation has all you need for that business trip, romantic getaway or special occasion. Minlaton is located within a 15 minute drive to the picturesque seaside towns of Stansbury, Port Vincent and Port Rickaby.

Why not bring the boat and experience some of the best fishing in South Australia? Your boat can be stored behind a fence in the rear yard. A 15 minute drive to either side of the Yorke Peninsula coast.

This Minlaton accommodation has 3 bedrooms (queen, queen , 2 single beds) and sleeps 6 in comfort. Quality bed linen and bath towels provided and Continental breakfast provisions (cereal and condiments) included.

Cook your own meals or prepare your own in the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee pod machine (Nespresso - a few pods provided). The lounge has reverse cycle split system air conditioning has a large television and DVD player. There are heaters in all the rooms ready for Winter.
Front load washing machine and clothes dryer provided.

Relax on the rear deck with ramp for easy access to house or on the front veranda overlooking fragrant cottage gardens and main street.

Property was well presented overall. 2 of the heaters in the bedrooms were cracked so we didn’t use them. It was very cold and we could have used them.

Comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The Provincial is a lovely house with lots of character and we found it a very comfortable base for day tripping around the peninsula. We did have some substantial issues with cleanliness but discussed this with Helly so I’m sure will have been resolved. The breakfast consisted of 20 pieces of frozen white bread and 4 packets of butter for 4 people over 5 days. I understand this was an oversight and we had brought our own breakfast so this didn’t affect us but it would be advisable for future guests to confirm what will be provided for breakfast. If the issues we experienced are resolved we would be happy to recommend The Provincial as a very comfortable holiday home.
