Upstairs is a vast lounge with open fire place, split system air conditioner in main area, dining and gourmet kitchen space flowing out to an alfresco deck, providing the focus of the house. Three additional double bedrooms including one with an en-suite and walk-in robe and another with a serene balcony to enjoy the morning sunrise are located towards the front of the house. Features, limed American oak floors, industrial double-glazed windows and sliding doors, hydronic heating, open fire place. Outdoors includes a swimming pool that is solar heated and deck to relax and enjoy the summer days, entertaining friends is a breeze with the BBQ/alfresco area, there is also a lovely grassed area for children to enjoy. Set in a highly sought after location, a short stroll from the Sorrento Sailing Couta Boat Club and foreshore at the end of the street and 10 mins walk to the vibrant Sorrento Village.

Downstairs - there is no internal access to this room, you must go outside and enter through an external door.

NB - Wood for the open fire can be arrange for your stay. Please let us know if you would like to order some wood for your stay and we can have it delivered to the property before your arrival. (1 x 20kg bag, 1 x kg kindling $45 – It’s recommended that 1 x bag will last 1 night).
