The 6-bedroomed luxurious villa surrounded by hundreds of olive trees, with all the modern amenities Crete's Northwest coast with an impressive 40sqm private heated swimming pool, big garden area is large enough to accommodate your family and friends in the best way.
It is located 700m from the pebbled beach at the area of Kamisiana only 25 minutes driving from Chania old town. Located nearby all the hot spots of west Crete is ready to fulfil the needs of the most demanding guests.
An ideal choice for a large group of friends, couples or families who seek a sophisticated ambience, privacy and relaxation.

The elegantly decorated Villa Tranquilla is a 2-floor level maisonette villa with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a private swimming pool.

Ground floor features a spacious open plan living room area, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, one Double bedroom, a bathroom and an additional bedroom with single bed and a desk.
A big shaded paved outdoor area adjoining the villa, looking towards to North would be the coolest place to enjoy your meals.

Four more double bedrooms with two bathrooms, and one living room area are offered on the top floor. Each bedroom has it's own balcony.

A private heated swimming pool with sun beds is provided. An outdoor shower and a shaded sitting area is provided near the pool.

Heated pool on demand. Inform us prior your arrival. There is extra charge per day.

Perfect Villa

Nous étions un groupe de 10 amis d'environ 23 ans. La villa est parfaite, bien aménagé. L'extérieur est splendide, avec une très belle piscine et beaucoup d'espace. La villa est spacieuse et bien équipée Matthew était facilement joignable, très aidant et a permis de rendre ce séjour encore meilleur

Theo and his friends were the guests that everyone would love to host. For villa Tranquilla in Chania, one of the best for summer 2022, if not the guest of the year. He and his friends were absolutely adorable and respectful with our villa. They left the villa super clean and tidy. We would definitely love to host you again in the future!

My passion is to help my guests have a memorable stay in our villa and live their dreamful moments in our beloved city.
Meeting and socializing with people from all over the world has been an unbelievable trip so far and i'm sure there are alot more to come.
Mediterranean dishes are my favorite and especially the traditional Cretan ones.

We chose this neighborhood because it perfectly combines tranquility with convenience. The villa is located in a peaceful area, surrounded by nature, yet only a short drive away from Chania’s lively Old Town, beautiful beaches, and traditional villages. Guests can enjoy the serenity of the location, waking up to the sound of birds and stunning sea views, while still having easy access to local tavernas, shops, and cultural attractions. What we enjoy most is the balance — relaxing by the pool in a private setting, but also being able to experience authentic Cretan hospitality and vibrant local life whenever we wish.
