This apartment is in a great location. Train station is a minutes walk away for easy, stress free journeys in to st Ives. The apartment itself was lovely and roomy with everything you need for a short stay. The balcony benefited from a sea view and was perfect for a morning coffee. The communication from Doug and Jane was great from booking, through to checking in and checking out. Thoroughly recommend and will no doubt visit again soon!

Excellent property. Great location 2 minutes from the station, 5-10 mins walk to the beach. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Friendly and helpful host. Can’t recommend highly enough. We will be back.

Great location, very close to the beach with a nice partial sea view. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only minor issue was that the Wi-Fi was a bit unstable. The host was very friendly and even provided a bottle of white wine and some milk, which was a thoughtful gesture. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

Spacious apartment moments from the most beautiful beach.

We were delighted with this large ground floor apartment, which was absolutely spotless and very well equipped. The location is peaceful & quiet yet extremely convenient for the beach or for the short train ride into st Ives. Truly excellent stay!

What a fantastic holiday home

Fantastic holiday property. We thoroughly enjoyed. Clean, modern, spacious, looks the part and is the part. All modern facilities and has very welcoming feel/design internally. In a fabulous location with a short walk to the wonderful Carbis bay beach.
