Belle emplacement, ménage negligé

Nous avons adorés l emplacement et les dimensions de l appartement. Sauf le ménage négligé, et les tapis dans les chambres devraient être enlevés manque de propreté et le charcool non utilisable. Facile à rejoindre le maneger et gentil.

There was nothing wrong with this place. Location was nice. But, it was very basic. Had what I call motel 6 towels, furniture was well worn. Pots and pans had burnt on crud. No sponge, paper towels , hot pads or towels in the kitchen. Knives were not at all sharp. They may have a washer and a dryer but they charge $2.00 to do a load in each of them. Tv in the living room was awesome. Met your basic needs.

Close to the beach

This was a great second floor apartment. We were able to walk to the beach in under 5 mins. Two bedrooms each with full size beds not queen, however we sleep well. We (3 47 yr old woman) we rent again. BRING QUARTERS for laundry. Charge machines charge .25 per $1

A very nice place to stay.

The owner was very good in responding right away when we called him. He also sent someone over very quickly to reprogram the lock on the back door when our code did not work. Getting into the rear parking for our second vehicle is was challenging. A smaller second vehicle would have worked out better.

Great time at Old Orchard Beach

Property was right across street from beach, 2 minute walk. Great location 1/2 mile from pier. Property very clean and had everything you need for staying, cooking, TV, relaxing etc. No issues or problems, I highly recommend property. Great location to go up and down coast of Maine sightseeing.
