This property was fantastic and we loved all the little extras that were provided to keep everyone comfortable and entertained. The outdoor space is awesome and we loved the large deck. We didn’t like that lake access across from us isn’t really swimable. We found we had to drive to little beaches near by to swim
Enjoyed our stay here very much! Cottage has absolutely everything needed. Shana was a pleasure to deal with and responded quickly to any questions we had. Will definitely be coming back

Olga was the best of the best. She was very considerate, polite, appreciative and left our place very clean and tidy. I would host Olga and her friends in a heartbeat.
Great small cottage for a relaxing weekend by the lake. we enjoyed the bonfire and breakfast on the back deck, kayaking and swimming in the lake.
Rooms are small and the train passes every hour or so right by the cottage. Shana was a great host and responsive and gifted us a bottle of welcome wine.
Beautiful natural settings, all modern comforts with hint of yesteryear!
This cottage happens to be a special place for me! My grandparents owned it for decades! The property on which the cottage stands is a great place to bring a family, lots of space for outdoor fun with the large deck, and space for outdoor games. The view of the Lake Simcoe just a few steps across the road is breathtaking. We were treated to the sight of herons as we enjoyed morning coffee on the front steps. Inside the cottage is well furnished with all the modern conveniences of home while keeping some of the atmosphere of the original building. Nearby villages such as Beaverton provide shopping, dining and sightseeing opportunities. Our host was so thoughtful and accommodating and we are all looking forward to coming back.

Fantastic
This property was incredible! It checked off all of our boxes, and even the boxes we didn't anticipate. I would definitely recommend this property to others, and I would stay there again next time I'm in the area.
This cottage has all the comforts of home for a family seeking a getaway.: a kitchen equipped with all the customary modern appliances, as very comfortable living area with large screen TV, and WiFi service is available. A large private lot, a large deck, garden furniture and lots of room for outdoor games provides a wonderful setting for friends and or family to gather. Our host was very helpful and accommodating.

Great experience!!
Had a wonderful long weekend at this cottage! The cottage is in a great location and not far from the GTA. The cottage has a great yard and is stocked with plenty of games and activities. The host was very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this cottage to others!
We had a wonderful time here! We were a small group from out of town looking for a nice get away, outside of the city and this place certainly lived up to our expectations. A lot of space outside on the deck and by the firepit, and a stone throws away from the lake for morning kayaking. The house itself was exceptionally clean and our host, Shana, was very accommodating and definitely went out of the way to make this a memorable weekend. Would love to stay here again!

Awesome family cottage.
Perfect set up for a family getaway. The outside grounds are spacious -- perfect for 3 generations of family to enjoy! The outdoor furnishings and games provided us with lots of fun. The inside of the cottage is furnished with all the comforts of home and very cozy while still retaining touches of 'yesteryear' which added to the charm and brought back memories of my childhood to share with my granddaughter. Our host was extremely helpful and accommodating. Thanks so much.
