Our historic casita once belonged to painter Sheldon Parsons, a founding member of the Santa Fe arts community. A calm 1,000+ square foot adobe retreat with private hilltop garden and 21st-century amenities: Four Seasons king bed, fine linens, Los Poblanos toiletries, radiant heat, central air, Jacuzzi plus oversized shower, and a cook’s kitchen with pantry surprises—all a few blocks from Canyon Road. For more than six years, we've been among the top 5% of Santa Fe listings, based on our guests' reviews.
The casita is also a place to experience Santa Fe from the inside. Our carefully chosen collection of contemporary Southwest and Native art invites you to linger and look; regional cookbooks help you make the most of the cook’s kitchen (the owner is a professional New York chef); and a small library of regional guides, nonfiction and literary books offers plenty to explore between outings.
The private hilltop garden is a special place to slow down: by day, use a birding app to learn to identify the many birds that visit the garden (our favorites are the summer hummingbirds); at night, look up and learn to find the constellations in Santa Fe’s famously clear skies.
Our home is a perfect place to reset your creative clock—a historic artist's home designed to encourage our guests to slow down, explore, and engage creatively with Santa Fe. We love sharing this special place and take great care in welcoming our guests, anticipating the little things that make a stay feel comfortable, memorable and truly your own.
