This beautifully furnished second floor unit, in paradise, is a vacationer's dream! It's very open and spacious, and offers a great view of one of the community lakes. Amenities abound in this highly desired gated community. There's a beautiful clubhouse, two swimming pools, tennis, fitness center, bocce courts, playground and basketball courts. This development is also conveniently located close to everything Naples has to offer from its wonderful white sand beaches to its fabulous shopping opportunities to its amazing golf courses! We request a 3 month stay when booking for Jan, Feb and March 2022 season.
This rental requires a 20 day approval period from the HOA.

Great Snowbird Escape

Owners extremely responsive. Property Management could definitely use some improvement. Condo just as pictured! Kitchen very well equipped for just about anything. Beds very comfortable. FYI no access to having mail forwarded. You will have to purchase a PO Box from Post Office.

This condo is a sanctuary for fruit flies. We opened the door to a dead cockroach and found another dead one in the guest bath toilet. The home was simply not cleaned before our arrival. It was obvious it had not been visited by anyone in months. This condo also needs to be advertised as not ideal for long term rentals, as the owners have so much of their belongings in the condo. That is 100% their right to do so, but it needs to be advertised so that people know there will not be a lot of room for their things. It should also have been advertised that garage door openers are not part of the deal. We had to get our own made. The location is great, and the people in the subdivision are very nice. The worst part, was the property managers. Always billing a few hundred here and there without much detail. They promised to call pest control to help with the insects in the condo, it never came. Now, 3 days after checking out, I get an email asking for another 299 because they "forgot" to bill for the last night we stayed. The property management company is not one with high professional standards.

Wonderful Winter Retreat

Spending 3 months at this Bridgewater Bay condo was a delight. It was one of the best stocked condos we have stayed in over the years we have been snowbirds. Very spacious with soaring ceilings, 3 large bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a great walk in closet. Short walk to the clubhouse and all the amenities. The property managers were right there with any help we needed. We had a great stay.

Loved the condo....Will definitely book this unit again!

LOCATION!! We were so pleased with this unit. It looks like a model home. It is quite large, so there's plenty of room to spread out. It was well stocked with everything we needed. We also loved all of the amenities that Bridgewater Bay has to offer. We were able to walk to the clubhouse. The pool is very nice! We also used the fitness center, and played some tennis. It took us less than 10 minutes to get to the beach. There is also a really nice upscale shopping / dining area called Mercato. We dined there several nights. Naples is such a unique place, and we hope to visit again very soon.

Fantastic and Relaxing week

Our stay at the condo was wonderful, the place was very clean and organised and the decor was beautiful. We enjoyed the many beautiful beaches nearby and it was very nice to come back and relax poolside or enjoy the other great amenities this place has to offer. Great restaurants , grocery stores and shops were all near by with a great variety to choose from. I would recommend a lunch or dinner at Tommy Bahamas, great food and entertainment. There are plenty of activities nearby to fill your day, so much so that we will have to go back. I have been to many places in Florida, but the Naples area is by far the most scenic and beautiful. Thank you Terri and Paul for a wonderful stay at your beautiful condo
