About this property

Beautiful private living, spectacular sunrises & mood-altering sunsets. This stunning home sits directly on top of a hill offering BREATHTAKING 300° VIEWS from floor to ceiling windows. Primary Suite offers a walk-in closet, office area and a spa-tacular bathroom with large steam shower and soak-in tub.
The luxury kitchen features high end appliances, limestone flooring and leather finished granite counters! This chef's paradise is fully outfitted with everything needed to create gourmet meals, including a stocked spice cabinet and other Pantry essentials.
Outside you can enjoy the amazing views from the sunken fire pit, heated pool, or hot tub. There is also a play area with an inground trampoline, horseshoe pits, & cornhole. House sits on 6.5 acres of natural beauty; away from it all, but close to everything. You'll be less than 30 minutes from SeaWorld, San Diego Zoo, Gaslamp District, La Jolla, and some of the best beaches on the West Coast.
Great fishing at nearby (5 minutes) Lake Jennings and countless wonderful hiking trails in the area. You can rent motorboats, rowboats, paddle boats, kayaks, & canoes as well.
Less than 15 minutes from 2 exciting casinos, 1 of which is non-smoking.
Large driveway/parking area with room for12 cars.
Outdoor setup depends on time of year & weather.

Caretaker may be on property in ADU, situated well away from main house and further separated from by a secondary garage. Depending on the dates of your stay, you may request caretaker not be on property.

Perfect spot for our family

This was the perfect place to stay for our family. Everything we wanted to do was within about 30 minutes of the house. Our 8 year old loved the pool and grandma made good use of the recliners. The views were gorgeous. Pictures of the property were accurate and everything was clean. Mark was very helpful with any questions we had and always responded quickly. We would stay again!
