The Botanica is the NEW LUXURY RESIDENTIAL area in HCM where you can see the mix between traditional and modern living styles, is known as the family friendly areas of the city. This is the perfect place. High security all the time. Resident card to access the building & Elevator. Smart lock with password to access the Apartment.
The apartment is on the floor 14 at TB1 building with fully furnished, complete privacy, quiet and secure which can host up to 7 people, ideal for business travelers, family (with kids and old people) or a group of friends. It opens up to City view.
5 min to airport; 25 mins to District 1.
Why to STAY HERE?
- BEDROOMS: 3 bedrooms with king bed/ queen bed, fresh linens and towels are provided. Iron and make up vanity. Wardrobe and clothes hangers.
- LIVING ROOM: LCD Television and sofa bed with wide view.
