About this property

Comfortable Sleeping with Resort Amenities!

This cozy unit includes a 70" TV with Roku built in (living room) and a 42" full motion mounted TV (Bedroom). Fully functional kitchen for dining in, full sized shower with large bathtub and double vanities. Free 293 mbps WIFI. Very comfortable king bed as well as a queen sofa sleeper and a single cot. A pack and play is also provided.

This quiet condo is a perfect place for a couple or a small family who are looking for a great stay in St. George. It is located on the 2nd floor (14 stairs up once in the building) with nobody above you. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans and many items to make your stay feel at home. Toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner and body soap, hair dryer, etc. are supplied. Extra pool towels are also supplied. You will have access to a washer/dryer inside the unit.

There are extra sheets/blankets provided for sofa bed. There is a keypad on the door for self check-in. Note: If you have a pet, you must select pet when doing an inquiry to see the additional pet fees. We do not allow cats.

You will be close to all the main attractions! This is by far the best option in St. George for overall value. Pay far less than a hotel and get way more. Resort amenities include:
-2 Large Pools (one 18+ pool and a family pool-heated). Pools will be closed Monday following Thanksgiving and reopens on Friday of Presidents Day weekend.
-2 Jacuzzi - open year round as long as outside temps are 45 degrees or higher,
NOTE: The Tennis/Pickleball Courts will be closed starting on Monday, February 24, 2025 for necessary repairs. The repairs are anticipated to take 6 weeks. We hope to have the courts up and running the week of April 7th.

Anasazi Trail, green valley, Gooseberry Mesa, etc.
Golf Courses nearby: Sun-brook Golf Club, South-gate Golf Club, Dixie Red Hills Golf Club, etc.
It is near Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon N.P. and Snow Canyon State Park. There are many things to do and see and this condo offers you a relaxing place to come home to after your adventures.

An excellent place to stay in the St. George, Utah area. Hosts, May and Don are top notch in all facets of the VRBO field. They made sure I had everything I needed for my stay, recommended some great eateries, and were quick to contact me about some items I left in the condo upon check-out. I was able to retrieve the items quickly due to May’s helpfulness. The Sports Village is a great place to stay. I enjoyed the pools, hot tub, and the other fun and enjoyable options there.

This place was just what we needed! It was close to everything. And very cute. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We went rollarskating at the fun center accross the street. We stayed in G11, there are lots of stairs to get there. There were only 2 wash cloths, so bring your own if you need more. There is not a sound bar on the TV, my husband figured out how to connect a blue tooth speaker and play the sound from his phone. Overall, great stay, in a great place.

This place was a great place to stay for me and my husband. It was nice they allowed dogs and even offered blankets that went over the couch for them. It had all the necessary supplies to cook our dinners as well (pots/pans/cutting boards). They had a nice living room space and a spacious king size bed which was nice. The heating and air was wonderful and worked great. The shower was large and had plenty of towels as well. The communication with the owners was wonderful and they were so accommodating, especially with check in and check out times as well as using their storage unit for our bikes helped a great deal!
