The Sinatra is a full-time holiday rental in the heart of Mulwala, perfect for family gatherings, golfing getaways, and weekends away with the girls or guys!!



The Space:

The Sinatra was once described by a guest as "Palm Springs meets Regional Victoria".



Like Frank Sinatra - this house is a great entertainer. The spaces are designed for indoor outdoor interaction - for relaxing and or socialising, the choice is yours. The beautiful pool takes centre stage, the decor is very on-trend and the beds are super comfortable.



In the Winter, enjoy the huge open fire place, hydronic floor heating, and beautiful winter sun streaming in the north facing windows. There is also an awesome Webber BBQ, outdoor oven and a Pizza oven in the pool cabana.



In Summer, enjoy the beautiful mineral salt swimming pool, large alfresco, evaporative air conditioning with ceiling fans. The pool is heated to 29 degrees (on cool evenings we will put the solar blanket on for you!)



Guests have access to a double garage and plenty of parking on site.

This is a pet friendly house: One off pet fee of 110 applies, the pet can sleep inside in the laundry, conditions apply, so please ask us about this.



Bedding configurations:

The standard is 10 guests and prices advertised are base prices for 10 guests.

Up to 12 guests can be hosted, using the teenagers retreat, extra charges apply.

For guests coming through via 3rd party websites, we will not get your phone number until after the confirmed booking, but we are happy to answer any questions via email.

This property requires a 1000 security deposit to be paid 14 days before checkin.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the property during their stay.

Check-in instructions, property address details, and access information will be emailed 24 hours prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

A great location in residential Mulwala, 2 streets back from the main street and Lake Mulwala. You can easily walk into Mulwala to the bakery, butchers, wine bar, clubs, pubs, supermarket, pizza parlour, chinese restaurant and Tun-za-fun (to name a few).



Alternatively, if you want to stretch your legs, Yarrawonga is only 3km away with a great foot path spanning across our iconic Yarrawonga Mulwala Bridge.



Getting Around:

Yarrawonga, Mulwala and the surrounding region are easy to explore, with a local taxi service available for convenient transport. Many local clubs and selected hotels also provide complimentary courtesy bus services, making it easy for guests to enjoy dining, entertainment, golf, and social events without the need to drive. Whether you're heading to a restaurant, winery, golf course, or one of the area's popular clubs, transport options are readily available throughout your stay.

Booking Terms and Conditions:



Photo ID with residential address is required within 24hrs of making a booking.



Standard Booking Cancellation Policy

Payment of the rental deposit confirms acceptance of these Booking Terms and any Property Specific Terms and Conditions. Property-specific conditions may apply to matters including noise, swimming pools, pets and parking. The rental deposit required is 50% of the booking total. This is required at the time of the booking.



Booking Payment

The remaining balance must be paid in full 28 days before the booking date. If payment is not received, the owner may cancel the booking and attempt to re-let the property.



Direct Booking Cancellations

Cancelling 6 or more months before the booking date:

Refunds are subject to a $150 administration fee, with the 3% (approx.) merchant fee non-refundable.



Cancelling within 90 days before the booking date:

Deposits are non-refundable unless the property is re-let for the full booking period at the same value.

Refunds are subject to a $150 administration fee, with the 3% merchant fee non-refundable.



Cancellations of a peak period booking, or with less than 28 days’ notice, a $250 refund administration fee applies where a refund is otherwise approved.

Deposits are non-refundable unless the property is re-let for the full booking period at the same value. If the property is re-let at a last-minute discounted rate, the booking deposit will cover the difference in the booking total tariff.



Medical Cancellations

Medical cancellations require medical evidence. Options will depend on the booking date, number of guests, availability to re-book within three months and owner approval.

If approved, the guest must still pay for any cleaning completed and linen used to prepare the beds.



Booking Changes

Request for a date change will depend on the booking date, number of guests, availability to re-book and owner approval. Changes to bookings will incur a $45 administration fee.

If the preferred dates are unavailable, we may seek owner approval to transfer the booking to another property.

Transferred bookings remain subject to the standard cancellation policy.



Peak Periods

Peak-period bookings, include:

Melbourne Cup, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, January, Australia Day, Labour Day long weekend, Easter, June Long Weekend and AFL Grand Final weekend.



Third-Party Bookings

Please note, the YMHH cancellation policy overrides bookings made through Airbnb, HomeAway, Booking.com, Stayz or other third-party websites/agents.

Cancellations, changes and postponements must be requested through the relevant booking platform.

Third-party service fees, booking fees, commissions and merchant processing fees may be non-refundable according to the platform’s terms.

Where the Property Manager receives funds from a third-party platform, any approved refund will be processed within 7 days of receiving the funds. Funds will not be returned before the original booking dates where the platform’s payment terms prevent this.

For Airbnb bookings, please do not select “Request Money” when requesting a cancellation. Follow the cancellation process provided by Airbnb.

Third-party booking changes are subject to availability, the booking site’s conditions and owner approval where required.

Security Bond

A $1,000 security bond applies to all bookings

Where a security bond has been paid in advance, it will be returned within 7 days, provided there are no applicable deductions. No administration fee applies to the return of the security bond.



Pets permitted only upon request at the time of booking

We respect our guests' privacy and give you space to enjoy your holiday, however our local team is available should you need assistance during your stay.
