Gather in the KITCHEN fully equipped for both cooking and dining: high top seating for 6 at the expandable table, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Foreman Grill, Ninja blender, & one-button coffee maker that grinds & brews the local coffee beans available w/every stay.

Relax in the MASTER BEDROOM just a quick two steps up off the living room. Featuring a gorgeous queen-sized canopy bed, top-10 rated memory foam mattress, high airflow ceiling fan, dual nightstands w/wireless charging for your phone, & direct access to your cozy private balcony for those warm cups of joe in the brisk mountain air.

TWO MORE BEDROOMS downstairs. Two double beds w/premium memory foam mattresses + ceiling fan in one room, twin beds sleeping 2-3 children/light adults total (160 lb weight max) in the other. Both rooms just steps from the full downstairs bathroom and in-unit washer/dryer. Everything within easy reach.

SUMMER is a great time to visit with easy access to dozens of local hiking trails, family-friendly fun (Clark's, adventure courses, scenic railroads) 5 local mountain resorts (Waterville, Loon, Tenney, Cannon, and Campton), a dozen breakfast destinations (include 3 pancake parlors!), local vintage video arcade, microbrewery, and brand new frozen yogurt stop w/attached playground just 10m down the road. So much, so close!

STAY COOL with new high flow ceiling fans in 2/3 bedrooms and 10K portable A/C in upstairs loft bedroom.

SPECIAL OCCASION (birthday, anniversary, etc) packages are available (please ask).

Great Stay

We enjoyed our relaxing winter vacation at this property. It was very clean and the couch was comfy. It is a quiet location close enough to Waterville Valley. The exposed beams give nice character.

This place is great.

This unit is spacious, well-equipped, and only a fifteen minute drive to Waterville Valley Resort. Moreover, Cliff is a gracious and attentive host. I will definitely stay here again if it is available when I am in the area.

Ski getaway

My family of 5 stayed here over Christmas break and skied Waterville Valley. The condo was very clean, it has an open floor plan so there was plenty of room. The bedrooms were spacious and beds were all comfortable. Cliff did a great job labeling everything to make it an easy experience. We will definitely come back!

Bliss in the White Mountains of NH!

Nice as quiet

Nice setup with everything you need. The area was a little spooky as it was at back from the road with very few units rented out. Tennis courts were not as pictured adding to the eerie feeling. Still a nice stay!

Comfy, spacious all-seasons getaway

We enjoyed our 6 days at Cliff's condo in September. The rooms were spacious. The livingroom was extra comfy. The beds were comfortable. And the condo was super clean. We expected to have a little bit of a drive to restaurants and there were quite a few in the area that were excellent! Cliff was very attentive and answered us very promptly when we had questions. We recommend this condo to travelers who would like to be away from any busyness. It was a quiet, relaxing retreat.

Our stay in Thornton

We had a nice stay at Cliff’s property. Everything was clean and well maintained. Decor was cute and beds were comfortable. There was an issue with the garbage disposal from the tenants that left right before we arrived and Cliff let us know immediately and worked to resolve the issue as soon as possible (by having the disposal replaced) which was challenging due to our staying being a holiday week. Location is pretty convenient. About a half hour away from Lake Winnepesaukee and Newfound Lake, which were two places we had planned to visit during our stay. Overall, an enjoyable stay.

Great for a ski weekend

The location was good. Close to mountains. Condo itself had a great main area, which we spent most of our time in. Bedrooms were well equipped. There was a leak coming from the kitchen into the bathroom during our stay. While it was between Christmas and New Years so help was hard to get, it did make our time at the condo less enjoyable with a constant drip in the shower and over the toilet, which after two days turned into a less desirable smell in the downstairs bathroom. The owner did make communication with us but a fix was never provided. It put a damper on our stay, pun intended.

The condo is very cozy and well organized. Everything you need to cook and relax is available and the host left us some welcome snacks which the kids loved! Check in and communication was very easy and pro-active. you can tell the property is managed by someone who spends time there. Recommended!

Great Stay!

Cliff's condo was clean and cozy. Cliff's communication was top notch the entire time. The provided coffee was a fantastic treat in the mornings. We even stopped by the Mad River Roastery to pick up a bag on our way out of town. We had one person teleworking in the mornings before heading out for the day. The wifi speed was excellent even with three of us using it. We'll be back the next time we're in town!

Quick ski get away

The townhouse was very clean, with nice bedrooms. Cliff, the owner was quick to communicate anything we needed. It was perfect for the 7 of us that stayed.
