Spend your next getaway at this beautiful Casita at the South Padre Island Golf Course. This Casita is a 2 bedroom ,2 bath with 1 car garage with 990 sq. ft duplex style unit . It has a patio screened deck with tiled porch and outside furniture and a gas barbecue grill where you can sip your morning coffee and enjoy the sunrise. This Casita includes everything but you and your guest. You will find that this community is a quiet, peaceful, friendly and relaxing place to be with a short drive to the beach on South Padre Island. Entertainment amenities are cable, and WiFi throughout the home. It has central air conditioning, central heating, in unit laundry machines, parking and much more.

This Casita has an open living area that has plenty of space and seating for family or group gathering. This living room has a 40" flat screen TV and a sleeper sofa for group gathering or to seat around and watch family movies.
The master bedroom has a Queen bed with24" TV (Direct TV) for nighttime viewing. and comes with a full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has one Queen bed and a full bathroom in the hallway

The South Padre Island Golf Club has a beautiful Golf Course, a driving range, Pro Shop, 2 heated pools( one pool is located by the club house and the 2nd pool is located in the community), a tennis court, a wonderful restaurant than is open from 8 am to 8 pm and a fitness room for your pleasure. You can take a quick stroll to the shared amenities at the South Padre Island Golf Course Club and enjoy a meal or happy hour at the restaurant. The community has a 24 hour gated security.

Fabulous Stay!

So glad we found this property! We came during Spring Break but wanted something away from the party scene of SPI. This was perfect for our family. Just 20 minutes to the beach. We enjoyed access to the swimming pool and the onsite restaurant. The property was well stocked with everything we needed. The property manager was easy to work with and very accommodating. Will definitely return!

Overall positive experience but some suggestions for improvement.

There were glitches in access to our rental (the code to our rental did not work) but management staff were responsive and, eventually, were able to provide us with access. The air conditioner worked well and we enjoyed the screened in porch. The couch, chairs and beds were comfortable. It was great to have a washing machine and dryer. Many details were less than optimal but our overall experience was positive. Suggestions for improvement include: toilet paper (at least a roll) in every bathroom, at least one roll of paper towel in kitchen, easy access to toaster (it was on a top shelf that required a step stool to access), soap at every sink and shower, at least one coffee filter for first use, pay attention to details in maintenance of property (for instance attend to cause of musty smell), new set of towels (most bath towels were frayed and worn), clear instructions on use of TV and fix problem with ice dispenser (it continued to randomly dispense more ice cubes after use, causing puddles and ice on floor and filling up over flow).

We are fixing the Ice dispenser, changed the towels as suggested, and will be implementing some of these to our check-in policies. Sand and bugs

I had a 10 night business stay. The day I arrived I had to sweep the floor as there was sand on the floor. I contacted the person in charge and got a “sorry about that I will tell the cleaning crew.” 4 days later I did a load of laundry on to have to do it again b cause the washing machine was full of sand. I killed cockroaches nearly daily. All of this was brought up to the property manager and I got a “sorry about that”. I paid a cleaning fee as did the people before me. I guess that does not cover the floor
