“Wow what a view!” Is what you will be saying every morning you awake. The view from FortyTwo is virtually unmatched, the perfect start to anyone’s morning.
The Space -
Newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment with beautiful ocean views and just a short walk to the beach.
All modern facilities including fresh linen and towels. The modern galley style kitchen is fully equipped including coffee and tea provided. The apartment has a homely feel, it is clean and modern with a lovely outside patio area complete with BBQ.
Located in Gracetown, it is so close to all the beautiful wineries and breweries. FortyTwo Mini is the perfect home away from home to come back to after a long lunch or a stunning cape to cape walk. Margaret River is a 20 minute drive away.

Extra fees: Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc.
Property Fee: Please note that the property fee is the Cleaning & linen fee, it says 'pay at property' however this amount will be charged to you when the amount is taken for your booking. We offer self check-in accommodation and do not have facilities where we can take payment at the property.

Perfect position with a fabulous ocean view. Short walk to the beach and the local store/cafe. This property has recently been renovated beautifully. It’s clean and so warm. It has everything you need for your stay.
We will definitely be back. Thanks for all the lovely little touches which makes it so cosy.

So beautifully renovated, comfortable, cosy, everything you could possibly need. Great view of the bay, open fire, comfy bed. We don’t want to leave.
