The property owner was very engaged with us and kept in regular communication with starting before we even checked in! 10/10 While the outdoor facilities were not yet open for the season, the property owner directed us to an indoor pool and hot tub just down the street which exceeded all expectations and was very pleasant! 10/10 the overall experience was amazing and we would love to return here soon! 10 out of 10

A weekend get away

We just wanted something cute and safe and got the bonus of a lake view from the bed and a jetted tub to relax in the evening Host was very attentive and directions for everything was on point. Loved it and the hallway smells so fresh and clean

Great location

Beautiful facility, great views of Smith Mountain Lake. We were there in the off season to just relax, hike, and take in the views. Great facility. Only negative was the hot tub was out of service for maintenance, which will happen from time to time.

Nice location

Nice location, close to many things; state park, restaurants, boat rental, winery - The Rómulose was wonderful, very nice owner and good wine. Attentive and responsive owner, decent studio condo. The only draw backs were in October the coffee shop and on-site restaurant were only open on the weekends. The boat rental is onsite but only during the spring and summer. The pool is not in the condo building, you have to drive up the street.

Perfect little condo

I booked Mikes’s condo for a quick trip to SML to see some color. The place was super cute. Very clean. Nicely furnished. The bed was very comfortable. Mike was responsive and helpful with a few questions I had. I would stay here again.

Beautiful atmosphere and friendly

My husband and I had a wonderful time biking around the area, hiking at the state park and being able to use the fitness center. Next time we will come earlier in September because the pool was closed for the season. But a super friendly condo and clean.

Great location

Beautiful lake but no view from this unit other than the side window. Small but owners have decorated nicely and it had the basics. Comfortable and clean. Host was on top of all communication, gave clear insructions and quickly corrected any minor glitches.

Truly amazing & on the water!!!

This condo was just perfect for us! It was super clean and the owners were always available if you need anything they were quick to respond. The Resturant’s were amazing we didn’t even need our food we had brought. There are 3 pools one is an indoor pool. The hot tub over looking Smith Mountain Lake is amazing!!! We will definitely be back!!!

Mike was very nice and helpful for things we needed. Condo is very nice. Small but set up nicely as not cramped at all. Comfortable bed, nice bathtub, nicely decorated. Smith Mtn Lake is incredibly beautiful. We rented a pontoon boat on site and had a great time. Would recommend .

It was at a great location. The studio apartment was all we needed. Disappointed there was no patio or great view of the lake from the place. I do realize that is why the price was right. It was perfect for our short stay.
