Adventurers and people who just want to relax will find this cozy Smith Mountain Lake condo perfect. Enjoy a newly renovated tile bathroom and a gourmet kitchen with all new appliances and dishes. This studio comes complete with a Murphy Bed, Wi-Fi and smart TV with Roku. Your balcony overlooking Smith Mountain Lake, is a perfect backdrop for vacation or weekend get-away. Park right at your door and step inside. Guests have use of the pool, gazebo, grills, picnic tables and, with additional reservations, the new marina and boat launch. (Use of marina requires prior reservations separate from condo. Be sure to ask about marina policies.) Sleeps 2 adults comfortably, Come relax and enjoy.

Thank you for your hospitality it is a beautiful unit, the amenities were great. We enjoyed floating in the pool, last but not least the views were spectacular.

Check in was a breeze . I did honestly get confused with how to lock the door back , but figured it out fairly quickly into our stay. Kitchen had a full size fridge and stove /oven which was nice too!

Wonderful

Second visit to this unit and we enjoyed our stay with our two pups. Visited family staying at State Park and enjoying boating. Easy access for our family picking us up every morning from the dock right off the property made everything convenient for everyone. We plan to come back next summer! I snapped this photo our last evening from the condo balcony.

Sisters Weekend

The property was in a nice location and had a good view of the lake. The pool wasn't open even to just sit in the chairs. The condo was a nice size for just the two of us and the pup.

Beautiful spot to unwind

My November stay was perfect as a quiet retreat. The nearby Smith Mountain Lake State Park has many picnic and hiking opportunities. Nice rental in a nice location.

Awesome nightly views of the lake and sunset.

Had a great stay at the condo, will be back next year. All the neighbors were great and friendly. Quiet and relaxing with a great view of the lake. We had absolutely no complaints.
