Newly renovated single story furnished home with fabulous Mission Bay and Beach views on a Cul de Sac in a quiet neighborhood. Linens and towels are included and are to be kept on the property, renters should bring their own beach towels.
Please note minimum reservation is a 7 night stay with a maximum occupancy of 6 people. Primary renters must be over the age of 35 and all occupants must be registered with owner. Children under the age of 18 may not be left alone in the home at any time. Parties, celebration or gatherings of more than the permitted 6 guests are not allowed in or on the premises. Pets and smoking, vaping or use of other electronic cigarettes or smoking devices are not allowed.
