The Villas at Seaside are professionally managed by Vacation Time of Hilton Head and are best rented directly through our website..

This one bedroom, one bath villa offers a separate bedroom with a queen size bed, kitchen, living and dining area are combined. Additional bedding for this unit includes a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room and a single bunk bed located in the hallway between the bedroom and living room. Bunk bed is ideal for small a child. Seaside 363 is closer to the ocean end of the building in Seaside II and offers a spectacular ocean view.

You’ll find Seaside Villa is located on the south end of the island, along South Forest Beach Drive, a short distance from Coligny Plaza. Seaside is an oceanfront property that is situated about 70 yards from the ocean.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very enjoyable vacation. The location was perfect. Could see the ocean from our deck. The property as very clean and well-maintained. The management company was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed eating at Reilly's, Hinchey's and Brittish Open Pub. the only negative was the property is a bit noisy, due to the fact they are always busy keeping the property so nice lol

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a beautiful location with an amazing view of the ocean. The condo is a perfect size for a couple to enjoy. Our only problem was with the bedroom being very tight to move around in. Other than that we had a great week.

Small repairs needed. Amazing location!

I enjoyed my stay very much. Amazing location!!! Didn't care too much for the amenaties of the building, but they looked like well kept in order. There are a few things worth mentioning to improve the place. The master bed has a door stopper that's broken. The fridge makes a rattling noice very frequently, the edges of the small table are loose, the master bed is in pretty bad shape (very big dent in the middle). Besides those small things, the stay has been wonderful.
