Located in the heart of the old town of Porec

The stylish and modern apartment is located five minutes from the beach, only a minute from the city center but in a relatively quiet street. It is on our house's second (top) floor.

The apartment has three bedrooms and can accommodate five people. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, and the third has a single bed. The fully equipped kitchen adjoins the dining area and the living room.
With a smart TV, wi-fi, air conditioning, and a fireplace that creates a cozy atmosphere in winter, the apartment has everything to make you feel comfortable and is ideal for families or couples.

There are many restaurants and cafes, churches, and beautiful Venetian and local architecture.

Our concern is to make guests feel comfortable in our apartment.

Great place to stay in the heart of Porec

The host and their place is great! Nestled in the heart of Old town Porec, you feel right at home with the locals. Stepping out to the patio, you see all the roof tops, the basilica and the Adriatic ocean. Highly recommend!

Our stay in Porec

The flat was wonderful, spacious, clean and warm and a great location.We had been informed of renovations 3 months before arrival, and some bits were not completed in the master bedroom but had no affect.Took us some time to find all appliances as they were not in the kitchen, but got there.Consider: Information booklet in various languages to explain how to work TV in lounge and bedroom. Washing machine was used and again no instructions for a normal wash, did not go to rinse at all. Tried several times.Parking is some 5-600m away but thank you for the key pass given to facilitate parking..Porec is beautiful, and so is Pulo. We can only imagine how busy it gets during high season.Would recommend this flat but not for persons with mobility issues or very young children/buggies as there are 2 flights of stairs to the entrance of flat. No lift in building.Great stay, bought and donated the ice cube maker for the freezer.Thank you

Heart of Porec passt sehr gut!

Das Objekt ist sehr zentral gelegen aber ruhig hat eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit Blick über die Nachbardächer man sieht sogar ein Zipfel vom Meer, die Vermieter und Gastleute sind sehr sehr nett, die Kommunikation war 1+ die Kommunikation läuft im Wesentlichen über Englisch, es gibt einige Stufen hoch zum Apartment sonst könnte man auch nicht über Dächer schauen, technisch alles sehr aktuell! Toll!

Eine tolle Wohnung super nette Kontakte. Tolle Lage

Wir waren von der Wohnung begeistert.Waren 2 Ehepaare somit einfach super für uns. Sauberkeit top gepflegt. Uns wären statt des großen Hibiskus der schon toll war, eine gute Sitzglegenheit auf dem Balkon lieber gewesen. Für gemütliche Abend zum Kartenspielen oder wie bei uns Brettspiele oder Kniffel war hier draußen nicht zu denken. Das Louge Sofe war unten die Strebe gebrochen. Sitztn fast nicht möglich. Aber daß ist geschmacksache. Trotzdem würden wir jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für den wundervollen Urlaub bei Ihnen

Appartement in perfekter Lage - pures Urlaubsglück

Wir haben eine Woche Urlaub in diesem wunderbaren Appartement gemacht. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin im Vorfeld war super. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Die Einweisung erfolgte in englischer Sprache. Der Parkplatz in der Nähe war für uns bereits gebucht. Dafür hatten wir unser Kennzeichen angegeben. Perfekt! Das Appartement entsprach zu 100 % der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern und komfortabel. Alles war super gepflegt und sauber. Bäcker, Frischmarkt etc. - alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Lage ist fantastisch. In wenigen Minuten ist man tatsächlich in der zauberhaften Altstadt, am Wasser, kann bummeln und lecker Essen gehen. Die Abende haben wir auf der Dachterrasse ausklingen lassen - herrlich! Auch Ausflüge kann man von Porec aus unternehmen und sollte man auch, denn die Umgebung hat auch äußerst viel zu bieten. Wir hoffen, dass wir irgendwann noch einmal wieder kommen können.

Viel mehr geht nicht

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. In der Ferienwohnung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war bestens. Sollten wir wieder Istrien besuchen würden wir dieses Appartement gerne wieder mieten.

Es war ein schönen , erholsamer Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist dort sehr sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es gibt sogar richtige Bettdecken! Lage ist superzentral, wenige Meter zum Meer und den Restaurants. Wer am Tag die Terrasse genießen möchte, dem sei gesagt, dass gegenüber ein großer Kindergarten ist. Die Kleinen können ganz schön laut werden. Die Vermieter waren sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

Eine wunderbare Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung , die sehr gut und modern ausgestattet war, sehr wohlgefühlt. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage, aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen, konnten wir alles bequem zu Fuss erreichen. Auch die Nähe zu tollen Badestränden, ist ein Plus für die Lage der Wohnung Unser Auto konnten wir nur in wenigen Gehminuten von der Unterkunft auf einem bewachten Parkplatz abstellen. Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub.

Tolle Unterkunft in toller Lage

Pünktlicher Empfang durch unsere sehr hilfsbereite und nette Gastgeberin. Sie hatte sogar eine Geburtstagsüberraschung für unsere Tochter im Restaurant organisiert. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, man findet alles, was man braucht. Eine sehr schöne gemütliche Dachterrasse. Schöne Wohnung in bester Lauflage

Die Wohnung ist exakt wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der separate Bereich mit Schlafzimmer, eigenem kleinen Bad und Zugang zur Terrasse für die Eltern, während in den beiden anderen Schlafzimmern genügend Platz für insgesamt drei Kinder (oder weitere Gäste) ist. Es sind nur wenige Meter bis zum Marktplatz und zum autofreien Bereich. Man hat seine Ruhe und ist dennoch total zentral. Das Auto parkt man auf einem großen öffentlichen Parkplatz, 250 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt (die Schranke erkennt das Autokennzeichen per Kamera-Scan, die Vermieterin bittet daher vorab um eine Kopie des Fahrzeugscheins). Auf der Dachterrasse in Süd-Ost-Ausrichtung hatten wir Anfang April von frühmorgens bis etwa 14 Uhr Sonne; im Sommer sicherlich auch noch etwas länger. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Nach einer Woche gab es sogar frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher (alles im Mietpreis enthalten). Englisch ist kein Problem. Auf dem großen Fernseher im Wohnzimmer gibt es sämtliche deutschen Kanäle. Das WLAN in der Wohnung hat - sehr zur Freude der Kinder - ebenfalls bestens funktioniert. Einen kleinen Spar-Supermarkt gibt es gleich um die Ecke (100 Meter), einen großen in der Riva-Mall am Hafen (400 Meter, auch schnell zu Fuß erreichbar). Wer gerne gut isst, dem sei das vom Guide Michelin empfohlene Restaurant "Sveti Nikola" mit dennoch bezahlbaren Preisen an der Westspitze der Hafenpromenade ans Herz gelegt. Für tagsüber gibt es zum Durchhangeln in allen Bäckereien gefüllte Blätterteigröllchen, allerlei Pizza-Gebäck oder belegte Baguettes für vergleichsweise wenig Geld. Unsere schönsten Ausflüge: Insel Brijuni (dort unbedingt oberhalb des Hafens ein Golf-Elektro-Caddy für 4-5 Personen ausleihen, kostet für einen Tag ca. 65 Euro, lohnt sich aber unbedingt für eine individuelle und geruhsame Rundfahrt über die ansonsten autofreie Insel), das Kap Kamenjak und der zugehörige Naturpark auf der gleichnamigen Halbinsel mit wunderschönen Wanderwegen entlang der Küste sowie die Stadt Rovinj südlich von Porec. Pula hat uns persönlich nicht so gut gefallen und ist bei Weitem nicht so charmant wie Porec.

Wunderbares Appartment

Das Appartement hält alles was versprochen wurde. Die Einrichtung ist überaus hochwertig. Ob Küche oder Badezimmer, alle Geräte sind von hochqualitativen Markenanbietern. Das Appartement ist sehr gepflegt. Die Lage hätte für uns nicht besser sein können. Wenige Minuten zum täglichen Markt, mehrere Bäckereien im Umfeld und zahllose Restaurants sowieso. Wir waren auch jeden Tag zu Fuß am Strand. Die Vermieterin Gracijela ist eine ausgezeichnete Gastgeberin. Ihre Gäste liegen ihr am Herzen. Sie hat all unsere Fragen schnell beantwortet und uns super informiert. Am zweiten Tag standen sogar selbstgemachte Kekse vor der Tür. Unsere Kinder waren begeistert. Das Appartement sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Wir haben alle drei Schlafzimmer benutzt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses Appartement buchen wenn wir nach Porec fahren.

Super Wohnung mit sehr nettem Vermieter

Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen - 200m zur Fussgängerzone/Altstatt - und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es ist wirklich alles da: Gewürze, Öl, Essig, Toilettenpapier, Küchentücher, etc. Man braucht wirklich nur Lebensmittel einkaufen. Der Vermieter sorgt sich bestens um das Wohl der Gäste. Sollte etwas fehlen, braucht man nur Bescheid zu geben. Die Wohnung ist sauber und liebevoll ausgestattet. Eine bessere Lage kann man sich auch kaum vorstellen, nahe an der Altstadt und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Die Terasse ermöglicht einen schönen Blick über Porec. Gerade in südlichen Ländern sind wir so eine hochwertig ausgestattete Wohung nicht gewohnt. Wir hatten einen wundenschönen Urlaub und wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in der Altstadt

Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist hochwertig eingerichtet, gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die schöne Dachterrasse mit Blick über die Dächer der Altstadt haben wir sehr genossen. Die Lage ist super - zentral aber doch ruhig. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. sind vor der Tür und mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell an einem der vielen Strände. Wir wurden sehr herzlich und freundlich empfangen und bedanken uns nochmals bei Gracijela für die nette Betreuung.

Schick und Stilvoll

Im Herzen der Altstadt von Porec, ist diese FeWo ein Ort der Ruhe und Erholung. Die Einrichtung ist sehr hochwertig, schick und komfortabel, die Betreuung durch die nette Vermieterin sehr zuvorkommend.Besonders angetan waren wir von den schicken Lampen einer italienischen Designmarke. Wir haben uns auf anhieb sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gern wieder.

Heart of Poreč

Me and my friend enjoyed this beautiful, luxury flat in the center of Poreč. Interior design shows good taste and provides extreme comfort. There is even fireplace which makes the atmosphere even more cosy. Sunny terrace provides chance to drink morning coffee outside. The weather was sunny and warm. Our host Gracijela is kind lady, always ready to help or provide useful information. She is swimming in the sea regularly all year long and I have even joined her once. It was fun! I am coming back as soon as possible.

Wir waren sehr begeistert von der Ferienwohnung. Die Lage eimfach wunderbar im Altstadtzentrum. Die Vermieterin sind sehr sympathisch und standen uns mit guten Tipps zur Seite. Der Zustand war sehr gepflegt und die Einrichtung liebevoll ausgesucht und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen. Die wirklich ruhige Lage war erholsam für uns. Große, gepflegte Ferienwohnung in bester Lage

Sehr gepflegte, große Wohnung in optimaler Lage am Rande der Altstadt von Porec mit Blick über die Dächer - wenige Meter entfernt von einem täglich geöffneten Bauernmarkt, der keine Wünsche offen ließ. Viele kleine und größere Restaurants gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe, in der Fußgängerzone der Altstadt sowie am Hafen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem Haus. Dazu beigetragen hat auch die freundliche Vermieterin Gracijela M.. Unseren Wagen konnten wir auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz in der Nähe abstellen - die Vermieterin hat dazu eine Dauerkarte zur Verfügung gestellt. Gesamturteil: Sehr empfehlenswert
