We stayed at Ricky’s property for 3 months and were very pleased with the accommodations. Check in was easy. Most importantly, whenever we had a question, Ricky responded quickly, anytime of the day. When we had a couple of problems early on, he fixed them right away. We had access to the thermostat, which was nice, because it was a little chilly in Florida when we arrived. Plenty of space with a TV in every bedroom and 2 in the living areas. There was also a large screened patio in the back looking out over a pond, which was very nice It was a great stay and we really enjoyed the place. Thanks.

Great home and location!

Excellent house for Large Group

Overall our stay was great. House was spacious and well laid out. We did have to change a battery in a smoke detector and clean the bbq before using it but other than those small issues the house was great.

The house was perfect for our entire group, and was close to everything we wanted to get to! The pool was amazing, and we used it quite frequently! Overall the house was clean, and tidy when we arrived. We would most definitely stay there again in the future, and our host was very kind.

Love the property and all the amenities, Ricky was the best host I have ever had with VRBO. He was so prompt in all my needs and request. Can't ask for a better place if you're looking to relax and have everything right there in the resort. It was so chill and so relaxing definitely want to stay again!

Overall it was a decent place as far as the layout, just needs some major updating and maintenance, the cleaning was not good at all, the pool was pretty bad(the pool guy came the day before we were leaving to add much needed chemicals there was algae growing in several places and the water level was about a foot low. The grill was bad caught on fire trying to grill burgers and we know how to grill, the game room was broke, the layout was good, the gate check-in people were not friendly or accommodating at all, the host was good to communicate with and tried to accommodate what he could from so far away but to be honest all that just took away from our time together dealing with other people’s mess.

Family Disney Trip 2024

This property exceeded our expectations and the family enjoyed the spacious rooms. The pool and spa was excellent and the kids spent most of their time in them! Most importantly was the host, Ricky, who was of great assistance to us in planning our stay and even when we needed to chat during the stay. We would definitely stay again when a large group needs accommodations

Very nice house, will definitely stay again. Lots of wildlife in the pond out back. Very comfortable beds too. Be sure to get a pink parking pass from the front gate it makes getting thru much easier. Ricky (owner) is a very nice guy as well.
