Step into the kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances that accent the gorgeous cabinetry. A standard coffee pot can also be found in the kitchen so you won't have to miss out on your morning coffee. Right off the kitchen, you'll have access to the deck with a natural gas BBQ and fantastic views of the surrounding Big Bear landscape! Sit back and relax in the outdoor hot tub as you listen to the sounds of nature and gaze at the stars above.

Four bedrooms offer sleeping space for everyone. There are three bedrooms located upstairs and one bedroom on the main level.  Wood trim outlines each bedroom, giving it that warm cabin feel while making comfort a top priority. The main level master bedroom includes your own private, full size bathroom as well as a luxurious king size bed and a flat screen t.v. Head upstairs to the second bedroom and you'll find two full size beds with snow themed art work, immersing you in your very own winter wonderland. The third bedroom includes two queen size beds surrounded by lovely wood paneling and a matching armoire to store your belongings during your stay. Large windows make this room feel warm and bright and an attached full size bathroom gives you the privacy you desire. The last bedroom upstairs includes one full size bed and a fun twin over twin bunk bed the kids will enjoy! Extra sleeping accommodations can also be made on the couch if needed.

Mix up your favorite drinks at the wet bar while you play a friendly game of pool on the pool table or head outside to the backyard and enjoy a day of sledding without ever having to leave the home! Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
