The first residential floor features 2 spacious master suites, each with whirlpool tubs and walk in showers. Additionally, the master suites open to a deep private porch which overlooks the pool and grounds. On the same floor are 2 more bedrooms (two queens in one, 2 doubles in the other) with ensuite baths. A large laundry room with double washer and dryers is also on this floor. The top floor of the home is an exceptional space for children. Two bunk rooms, each with bunk beds and a single bed and trundle bed, share a full bath.
