Apartment on the beach, with pool and 2 parking spaces

Cozy and newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment located in a condominium facing the beach avenue.
Located in the noble neighborhood of the city of Santos - Embaré, close to supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, churches and shops.
The space
The apartment is intended for 5 persons. On special dates as New Year has already received up to 10 people. However due to having a single toilet it causes certain inconvenience.
The space still has new furniture and quality guaranteeing greater comfort.
Guest access
The condominium has a bike rack, an adult and children's pool with locker rooms and men's and women's toilets. (to use the swimming pool it is necessary to present medical examination).
There is also a party room on the roof of the building with air conditioning, kitchen, and bathroom plus barbecue and large outdoor area. To use this space is charged by the condo at the rate of $ 200.00 per day and is available for use.
Other observations
Ideal place to rest and spend little, due to its excellent location.

Tudo perfeito! Lugar lindo, limpo e acolhedor. Funcionários do prédio muito educados e eficientes. Proprietário muito gentil e prestativo. Adoramos, tudo perto, praia, mercados e lanchonetes, não precisamos usar o carro nenhum dia, perfeito para crianças e animais de pequeno porte também, ficamos em 4 adultos, uma criança de 5 anos e uma cachorrinha, todos amaram o lugar, voltaremos sempre que pudermos certamente.
