Great location but an average property

Location and check-in process was great, however the property was average. Details: The listing doesn't specify that THERE IS NO WIFI (its a basic thing to provide these days so we assumed there was going to be wifi), The property wasn't thoroughly cleaned so we had to takeout the unsanitary stuff, There was no table (even a tiny one) or any seating near the BBQ so we had to make arrangements so that we could use the BBQ, The fridge was not working when we arrived and had to call the property manager to troubleshoot. Turns out the electricity circuit frequently trips. For the price I paid for the property, one certainly expects these little things to be taken care of.

We were shocked to read your review, and were not aware of your concerns other than the fridge, which was fixed promptly. There is no issue with the electricity circuit at Tallowood. We do have a good working BBQ - and there is plenty of seating at the dining table inside or on the front deck to enjoy the stunning views. There is no seating at the back as there is no view. We always have the property well set up for guests - next time, please reach out to your host with all concerns so they are given a chance to help you.

Very nice house good location

Our holiday was lovely great house to stay in not far from shopping centre and the beach/lake and the pub the only down side to having a holiday house like the one we had was having smart tv’s in the house but having no wifi to watch like Netflix and other streaming services

Great Location

We had a great time staying at the property. We didn’t have any network on our phones and so it was a great, much needed, social media detox. They had great movie ranges available.
