This cozy clean beach house has been newly built since 2013. It is a beach front property located right on the waters where the sun shines bright in the day, and the breezy ocean comes through the windows at night. You are able to see the sun rise while the sun sets on the west side. Good to fish, surf, dive, or just enjoy your own private beach to yourself. This house includes a large balcony for BBQ's-outdoor grill and fire pit are available for you to enjoy. Great for children! House comes with many sand toys for children to play with.

We are looking for neat, clean, and respectful visitors as we prohibit large get togethers and noises at a higher level as we do respect our neighbors and surroundings. If you are looking to host a large party, I'm sorry this house is not for you.

Check in will be at 3:00 pm, Check out will be at 11:00am.
We also bought a new comfort sofa in the living room for guest’s convenience and also a a new dining table for 8 people.

We have a full kitchen to cook in, a coffee machine and dining table for 8 people inside and outside.

The home includes a large balcony for bbq‘s and get togethers.

20 to 30 minutes from Honolulu International Airport. 40 minute drive to Honolulu/Waikiki. (No traffic).

There is a Costco. Target, and Walmart all within a 15 minute drive into Kapolei. Safeway is about a 10 minute drive, while there is a convenient store a couple blocks away (Silva's)-known for their amazing shave ice!
