Great stay

The house was clean, well furnished and had been recently remodeled in tasteful style. The appliances were new, the beds comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Overall, it is a cozy, welcoming house with off road parking, a tidy back yard and in a great location. We would gladly repeat and look forward to our next visit.

Beautiful house

We came to visit a friend and this house made the visit very enjoyable. It was as shown in the photos, clean and comfortable, and check in and out was easy. The neighborhood is pretty and safe for evening walks, with some good restaurants nearby. The host was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again when I come back.

Lovely Property and Neighborhood!

My oldest daughter and I really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, cozy property in a quiet neighborhood, and would highly recommend it for others who would like to experience the same. Also, Mr. Akbar the property manager, was very helpful in providing the information and amenities that allowed us to have easy check-in/out processes and an overall wonderful stay!

Fist time for us in Lexington , the house has all one needs to make you feel at home . Only thing I would suggest , is a Bar B Cue ... we came in the summer ! We did enjoy our stay at this property very much, did satisfy our expectations .

Beautiful home!

Thank you so much for letting our family stay in your beautiful home. We loved how beautifully it had been updated while keeping all the charm. It was a wonderful location for us since the kids were at different camps at the university each day. The kids enjoyed walks in the evening and playing ball in the backyard. So many restaurants and activities close by! Thank you also for all the thoughtful touches of snacks, books, games, starter supplies ect. The beds were very comfortable as well! We would highly recommend your home to anyone needing a place to stay to enjoy Lexington!

Excellent Stay

This house worked out great. It is really easy to get anywhere in Lexington you want to go from this location. The house is well appointed and I appreciated that some of the normal needs were already in the house (i.e. dishwasher detergent and toilet paper). Also, Akbar was really responsive. I had a special need for a business call I had to get done and he accommodated me with no issue at all. We may well stay again when visiting our UK student again.

Very nice house in excellent location

The house is very nice and in a perfect location. The upstairs master suite is large and even has its own reading nook. It is almost like a separate apartment within the house. The living room has plenty of seating. Everything is updated, nice, and in great condition. The house is very comfortable for a family of four and can accommodate up to six persons. It is in walking distance to some retail, including a large grocery store and Starbucks, several restaurants, the university, and downtown (about 30-minute walk). I would like to stay here again on future trips to Lexington.

Lovely home

This is a very lovely home. Very clean with all of the amenities. Our house was responsible for providing lots of food for a Keeneland tailgate (for 40 people for a pre-wedding event). Most places we have stayed at have had very scarce kitchen supplies so we brought everything we needed. To our great surprise the only thing we really needed was extra storage for leftovers. This was a very well stocked kitchen with high quality utensils. The kitchen was spacious enough for six people to work to get things done. The owner was very delightful and responded within an hour of each of my messages. It was in a great location - just down the street from my sister and only about 15-20 minutes from Keeneland. Definitely would stay here again.

Great House. Fantastic Location.

This was a super home with a very nice master suite upstairs. It was easy to get to, and located within a mile or two of loads of restaurants, stores, the University and Kroger Field. Easy walking and wonderful neighborhood. The owner was always responsive and the house had everything we needed (great kitchen) including coffee supplies for our weekend.

Wonderful Home

Great house in Chevy Chase area of Lexington! Convenient to downtown and many area restaurants are a quick drive away. 3 bedroom 2 bath with all modern conveniences. Totally updated kitchen and baths. Well equipped with upgraded appliances. Kitchen table with seating for 6. 2 bedrooms (Queen and double) on 1st Floor share bathroom. Master suite upstairs (king) with shower and tub. (As pictured). Sleeper sofa. Plenty of closets. 2nd floor is reached from center hall entry. Stairs are steep so if any disability this climb would be difficult. Ample driveway parking for 3 cars. Host was extremely responsive. Enjoyed our stay and would book again.
