On the first level is the living area with hardwood floors newly remodeled kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of dishwares. The living room has awesome views of the ski area, a flat-screen TV, comfy furniture, a queen sleeper sofa, and many games for the kids!

The bedrooms are a Queen Main, a beautifully remodeled master bath, and two twins that can convert to a King. The Master has stained concrete floors with beautiful cherry wood accents. The condo complex is in a park-like setting with lots of lawn to roll around on (in the summer!) with picnic tables to dine outside. Of course, the condo has a private deck off the kitchen, so you won't have to leave the condo for dining ala fresca. Accommodations in Telluride cancellation policy:

The first payment of 33% is due at the time of booking, and the second payment will be taken 30 days before your arrival. Cancellations received after the first payment is received may forfeit the entire deposit unless the property is rebooked for part or all of your dates booked. If the property is rebooked, the first payment will be returned in part or whole (depending on the amount of rebooked dates) less the cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is 10% of the total amount paid. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after full payment has been received are non-refundable, unless the property is rebooked, in which case all or a partial amount paid will be returned less the cancellation fee.
