This four bedroom Condo has 2300 square feet of living space including a loft, three full bathrooms and a two car garage. It also includes an open eat-in kitchen with a breakfast bar, large family room/dining room with convenient remote control gas fireplace, a comfortable loft, beautiful hardwood floors in all common areas, central air-conditioning and cable TVs/DVDs. There are two master bedrooms with king-size beds, one bedroom with a queen-size bed, a loft with a queen-size pull out bed, and one bedroom with two bunk beds (four twin-size beds - perfect for the kids). Its three full bathrooms, two with double vanities and one with large corner whirlpool Jacuzzi tub, feature an enhanced capacity water heater and provide adequate comfort for an extended gathering.

Your unit comes furnished with everything that you and your family and friends would need to enjoy a beach getaway. Items available to renters include such things as two multi-person ocean kayaks with life jackets stored right on the Bay, adult beach bikes (and a kids bike) perfect to utilize to ride the newly opened path to the beach, gas and charcoal grills perfect for BBQ’ing, all of the gear necessary to take the kids crabbing from the docks, multiple beach chairs, a book selection, sand / pool toys and other amenities for relaxing on the sand or at the pool and various other leisure activities.

In addition to the luxury Condo, you and your family will be just steps away from all the bay-front amenities that Bayside at Bethany Lakes has to offer. Great Vacation!!

Family vacation, four generations from ages 9 - 84. We had the best time. We had more than enough space. We had most meals in and the kitchen was equipped to meet our needs. The location was wonderful!! Very quiet, right along the bay, very short walk to the pool, and a short drive to the beach. The property owner, Shawn, was awesome. He was in contact from the time we booked the vacation to when we left. Always available for any questions. We have been renting vacation homes in Ocean View for many years. This is our favorite & we would definitely stay here again. Thank you Shawn from the whole family for such a wonderful experience!!

Beautiful Property

We really enjoyed staying at Shawn's place. It was very clean and decorated in a lovely manner. Shawn was very accommodating. The neighborhood is wonderful. However, the community now charges a significant amount to use the clubhouse facilities. The facilities are wonderful, but it's a lot to pay, especially if it's a short visit. This is something to pay attention to when booking. Other than that, you can't beat the location and condition of the property.

So many beautiful beaches!

We had a great time both on and off the property. We swam in the indoor and outdoor pools, played tennis, kayaked and rode bikes. We went to three different beaches , shopped in Rehoboth and saw the wild horses on Assateague Island!

This home met all our expectations as indicated on the listing and my communications with Shawn (the owner). It is in a great location with a lot of amenities including access to the club house. We will definitely stay here again!

Enjoyable Stay!

The house was beautiful and very comfortable. Everything you need is available including bikes, kayaks for the bay, a grill, and sand toys. Shawn was extremely communicative throughout our stay. The house is in a lovely community with two pools, tennis courts, and a fitness center. If we return to Bethany we would definitely stay here again!

September getaway

We stayed at Ocean View condo in late September. There’s plenty to do besides going to the beach, we played tennis, we did kayaking, enjoyed sitting on the balcony, played Wii. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The property is more suitable for older children and adults. You have to either bring own linens or rent them, Sean’s recommendation for linen services was excellent. There were a couple of issues that I let Sean know about that he was going to address. Overall, I would stay at this property again.

Great spot for a family vacation

Excellent experience. We enjoyed the property amenities very much, including pool and tennis courts as well as the great bay view from the summer deck. Close to the beach and near by good sea food carry out less than a mile away (Big fish). We definitely recommend and would be back!

Plenty to do for all ages

Very nice, relaxing condo with plenty to do directly across the street at the clubhouse. The beach is actually a 5 mile drive to get to where you can pay $10 for the day to park your car. Once you park there, the beach is right there and nice and clean. You can go back and forth as much as you want for the $10 parking for the day. You can't use the beach 1 mile away as the online listing states because it is a private entrance. The owners of the condominium were great at communicating what to expect and how to gain access to the condo and the clubhouse. VRBO does not communicate with you other than confirming your booking and payment. There is no contact information to be able to make any inquiries you might have. The good news is that the owners are very good about reaching out and ensuring you have what you need for a wonderful stay. Great space and very comfortable for two families.

We absolutely loved everything about this home. The location was ideal because we wanted a pool but I have a 3 yr old grandson so I wanted some distance from the pool. The house was clean and roomy. Had lots of spices and extras in the kitchen. And Shawn was very easy to work with. I will definitely go again.

Best place our family has ever stayed in 23 years of going to the Bethany Beach area. The house was impeccably clean. The interior design was beautiful, beds were extremely comfortable, the view was absolutely stunning. My grandkids swam in the pool at the clubhouse every single day and enjoyed every minute of it. The house had great amenities. There were beach toys, fishing poles, crabbing gear and two kayaks that we enjoyed numerous times out on the bay. Only a little over 2 miles to Bethany Beach. We did have to pay to park each day we went to the beach but it was still well worth it to stay at this beautiful home.

Beautiful Decorated Home with Amazing Bay Views and Ammenities!

Our family had wonderful vacation in the beautifully decorated home in Bayside at Bethany Lakes! We enjoyed amazing bay views from every room in the home. The clubhouse, which was right next door was amazing and afforded our family many activity choices in addition to the beach: pools (indoor and outdoor), Jacuzzi, tennis and pickle ball courts, games rooms, bar, great room, very large exercise room, bikes and bike trails, crabbing and kayaks. We especially enjoyed our happy hours on the Sunset Bay Deck. We loved the quaint Bethany town, beach, boardwalk, shopping and restaurants and the close proximity of Rehoboth, DE and Ocean City, MD both only 8-10 miles. We can't wait to return to this beautiful home and location!

Beautiful place with great accommodations. Close to Bethany beach. The owner is friendly and responds quickly. He too was on a trip somewhere, but he made sure to return my call when he could. There are beautiful art pieces within the location. With our 7 kiddos, 6 yrs old and under, we did move pieces for them not to be broken. I probably would recommend a little bit of an older children age group for this home, but it is doable. We were able to do 4 families in this place and we were a little tight, but we're overall pretty comfortable. The clubhouse was a big hit for us. The sunset deck was beautiful, I would return night after night just to see it. Glad we went here and would do it again/recommend it to a friend.

Everything you need is provided in this bright lovely condo. Lots of comfortable beds and baths to accommodate your family. Fabulous location. Grocery three blocks away. Clubhouse with indoor pool across the parking lot. Walking trails abound.

Exceeded my expectations

This rental exceeded my expectations. It is very spacious and comfortable. It definitely has the feel that you are staying in a home rather than just some rental or hotel like environment. The kids loved it too. We had children staying with us from the ages of 3 to 13. They enjoyed the tennis courts, game room and the pools at the clubhouse. The community that it is located in is very friendly and folks were helpful to point out the area's attractions. The location of Bayside gives easy access to a variety of beaches, shopping, food and entertainment. There was so much to do that we just could not fit it all into one week. In addition to the amenities of the condo, the owners made us feel comfortable with our stay as well. They are great to deal with, upfront, helpful and honest. We could not have been any happier with our stay here.

Wonderful stay!

Our extended family had a wonderful stay here while in Bethany Beach. The position of the condo in the complex offered magnificent sunset views and easy access to the clubhouse and pool area. Very nice complex overall. Great layout for families with plenty of room for everyone. We had a group of nine that included a baby and two toddlers and it worked perfectly. Complex is in a handy location with a small grocery store and a great fish market right up the street. Beach and boardwalk are not far and parking in the boardwalk area was easy. Thank you for a great stay and wonderful memories of Bethany Beach.

Nice Condo

This is a very nice well decorated condo. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. Favorite amenity was the clubhouse. We had 6 teenagers and a 9 year old and they made good use of the pool and game rooms. Adults enjoyed the fitness center. It was also nice to have the tv space at the clubhouse where the girls often went to have some space. Owner was easy to communicate with and when dishwasher broke during our stay he had it replaced. Although this will technically sleep 14, we were a bit crowded with 11 (I'm sure the 6 teenager had something to do with that). The bunk room is tiny and that's where we had 4 teenage boys. For a smaller or younger group it would be perfect.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

My husband and I, along with our family enjoyed a fabulous week at this lovely, well-equipped condo. It's the perfect place for extended families. Our 4 grandchildren loved the pools, playground, and gazebo. They even tried crabbing! The bay view is absolutely beautiful! We loved watching the sunsets from the deck. The beach is an easy 5 minute drive away. We've been vacationing in Bethany for 20 years and this is by far one of our favorites! This was our first experience using VRBO. It was a pleasure dealing with the owner, Shawn. I highly recommend this condo!

Family Time

We had such a delightful time at this beautiful condo! My husband and I are from California and wanted to have a special week away with our 3 adult daughters and son in law. It was a perfect location since two of our girls live in DC so we combined a trip to see them and then all drove out to the sea! It was such a quiet resort and so peaceful. We loved the sunsets from the living area, the big beautiful kitchen that we could all cook our dinners together, the clubhouse for fun times soaking in the hot tub, the tennis courts, the beauty of the bay and walk to the gazebo. The house is large enough that we all had our own rooms. The house is decorated so pretty and nice that we felt like we were in a tropical paradise. And the owner Shawn was SO helpful getting us set up and the whole process was easy and delightful. He communicates well, and we didn't have a single complaint! We enjoyed all the local beaches, which there are many to explore and just enjoyed being together in such a nice realizing place. I would highly recommend this place. You won't be disappointed!
