Beautiful burgundy house

Amazing gem of a house in quiet rural location. Beautifully renovated and equipped for our needs. 20mins to Beaune that we loved. And Chagny for the Sunday market. Lots of space for 6 of us and the dog!

Burgundy Getaway

Loved everything except washing machine and dishwasher did not work. House was great - but be aware you need to walk through one of the 2 upstairs bedrooms to get into the other bedroom. There is an outside fire escape stairwell but very steep and inconvenient.

We spent a delightful five weeks at this property. It is a huge remodeled Burgundian-styled house with three very large bedrooms/bathrooms. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals in plus a refrigerator and a smaller beverage fridge. The newer sunroom in the back was a pleasant surprise and a favorite gathering spot for Apero Hour. It is located in a very small village with no shops/restaurants to walk to, but it is very conveniently located in Burgundy. Several small villages and towns are within a 10-15 min. drive. We had family and friends join us each week after week 1. It took us a while to figure out the combined washer/dryer in the lower level, but afterwards we used it each week. I would recommend this property without reservation.

La maison rêvée pour des vacances à plusieurs en Bourgogne !

La maison de Corinne est encore mieux que sur les photos ! Trois chambres immenses, une pièce à vivre spacieuse et très bien équipée, le tout dans une maison traditionnelle rénovée avec goût, en bref l’idéal pour passer des vacances en plein cœur de la Bourgogne, à quelques kilomètres de Beaune et Meursault.

What makes this property unique

The La Croix du Sud family home dates back to 1803, and was extensively restored in 2007 with modern conveniences. It lies nestled amidst the vineyards of the border between Côte-d'Or and Saône-et-Loire, in the peaceful village of Chassey-le-Camp.

The house is situated beyond an enclosed courtyard, which can be used for parking.

Behind the house lies a beautiful walled private garden with patio. La Croix du Sud features a large comfortable living and dining area with open plan, modernly equipped kitchen.

The three spacious bedrooms, each 50 square meters in size, contain comfortable beds (two with double beds, one with twin beds) each with their own en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. A laundry area is available under the house.
