The 2 acre property is in the country with lots of wildlife, trees, trails, and a hill with a view of a marsh. It is a secluded area and very quiet. The nearest neighbor is half a mile away. There are benches outside and a table with chairs. There is also a front screened in porch and a back porch.
The home itself is a unique and quaint farmhouse that has had some updates and has had regular maintenance upkeep. It is very clean and comfortable. There is a kitchen to cook in, a living room, a dining room and a bedroom.
We would be living upstairs most of the time to answer any questions or concerns. We will keep to ourselves and respect your privacy.
The property is very close to hiking trails, lakes, a few small towns, Plymouth (a city of 20,000) and Fond du Lac ( a city of 40,000). Whistling Straits golf course is about 35 miles away, EAA of Oshkosh (air plane show) , Elkhart race track is 10 miles from here, and the property is right between Milwaukee and Green Bay ( 1 hr. each way). The home can comfortably sleep 2 on the bed and there is a couch which is a good size. So, depending on the situation there is room on the comfortable living room carpet for kids to sleep on blow up mattress pads.
