Beach is across the street. Access to boats which will take you to the beautiful white sand beach island- 10 min ride and only $10 per person. You can spend the entire day at the beach- you'll enjoy delicious lunch and drinks and swim in the clean clear waters. I definitely recommend it.
The building has two pools and the lobby has a laundromat, Internet Cafe, Beauty Salon, inexpensive but delicious restaurants, convenience store, liquor store, and a few tour shops.
Located in the city's best and safe neighborhood next to the Hilton Hotel.
Cartagena average temperature is of 32 celsius, for this reason there is no hot water.
Must register when you arrive to the building. The building's administration charges 35,000 COP or approximately 8 USD per group. This is payable upon check in and is not included in the booking cost. They will provide you a bracelet which will allow you ingress to the building and access to the building's amenities.

Paul, I am very confused with this review. I left you a positive review as you left the apartment very clean and organized upon checkout. You presented yourself to be very friendly and great communication. I dealt with you personally albeit you checking in at midnight at the building although your flight landed much earlier. I usually pay my worker to stay and complete the check in and this is a cost I have to bear per hour. When you checked in, I spoke to you regarding your delays entering the country at passport control and we conversed about your travel plans. Mr. Mertens checked in and we gave him information about restaurants he can order delivery from and advised about how he can check out. Throughout his stay, we maintained communication when necessary keeping in mind that this is a private apartment and wish for the guests to the enjoy the apartment. Upon your checkout, you thanked my for everything. Therefore, I am not sure of your review and it is a clear departure of what actually happened which is strange as he seemed to be a normal person. We endeavor to keep the apartment clean and to keep a high rating.

Bien pero falta mejorar
El departamento esta bien, cumplio con lo mínimo requerido , pero le falta mantenimiento, mejorar camas, baño, tv y colocar aire acondicionado en la sala, solo hay en el cuarto. El estacionamiento para choche es afuera del edificio sobre la calle. En temporada alta los elevadores del edificio están llenisimos.
