585 Knotty Pine - Gorgeous Mountain Home. This Perfect Vacation home is set up for Entertaining friends and family. This property is Located in Lower Ponderous Subdivision. Walk through the front door to a tiled entry way, and large windows that look out to an amazing back yard. The open floor plan with a great room and tall cathedral ceilings, large wood cased dual pane picture windows, wood plank ceilings and stone surround gas fireplace (four fireplaces total in property). Above the entry is a loft with a pool table and sofa for some down time after the beach or skiing. Downstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, Den area with Tv sofa and chairs, Fireplace and Air Hockey! From this area you can access the massive landscaped backyard with a Hot Tub, Fire Pit and plenty of grass to hang out on.

Note: Please ask about access to Incline's private beaches. Public beaches like Sand Harbor 3 miles away and Kings Beach 4 miles away are all open to the public.

Amazing House!

This house exceeded all of our expectations! It was beautiful, and a great location and had so many great amenities – fire pit, hot tub, plenty of towels, games, kitchen, basics, a surprise, ping-pong table in the garage, and so much more. Next time we are in North Lake Tahoe we will try to book this one again.

Host very well at communicating and the house was very clean with plenty of kitchenware. Great house to host big families or multiple families. Dining room table seats 10. Location is great as well. Short drive to town and 10-15 minutes to mountains. 4 stars only because the TV downstairs was a little outdated and was not able to login to streaming services for kids to watch something while relaxing downstairs. The other reason (could be due to season) but there were no chairs by the fire pit. Overall we really did enjoy the stay and the decor was beautiful. Loved the "bear" table.

Great home and location

We really enjoyed our stay in this large Tahoe home. Lots of space to hang out together or have some privacy. The hot tub was a big hit. The only slight downgrade is due to poor communication from the property management group, to the point of receiving no response at all about a question we had about the property.

Family get together for 50th Birthday

We loved the location, space and layout of this property. I worked well for a large family to eat dinner today, play games and just relax. Even though it is surrounded by neighbors, it felt like you were in the middle of nowhere when you sat outside, it was so peaceful. We loved sitting at the outdoor firepit in the evenings and on the decks in the morning for coffee. It could not have been a better home for our family's get together.

A Tahoe Gem

We stayed here for our annual Tahoe family trip and loved every minute of it! The home is beautiful from the outside but even better when you walk in. The layout is very inviting with open floor plan, large kitchen (fully stocked with everything you need), warm living room, huge fireplace, dinning area, powder room and a big master bedroom. Upstairs you’ll find a loft with a pool table and views of the kitchen and living room area. You definitely can join in on all the fun going on while playing a game. Downstairs is another living room area with an air hockey table, fireplace, laundry room, bathroom and master room plus two additional bedrooms. The decor is lovely with local Tahoe art which gives this home a modern cabin feel. This house was very clean and well organized. The property management was easy to work with and very responsive to all our needs. Our experience was great and we will be back. Thank you for an amazing time!

The amenities, ie pool table, air hockey, spa were special. Although there was no dvd player as listed. The sheets on the bed in the middle bedroom on the lower level had hairs on them. (We laundered them before anyone slept in the bed.) I was surprised that we were not given a pass for the Incline Villages beaches. This may be a new regulation but I don't think it is right. And quite unfair.

A wonderful stay!

Great place for family gatherings.

The property is spacious with plenty of common areas for family members to enjoy their own space. The property felt like home from the moment we stepped in the door.
