Great stay in Livermore near downtown

This place was so cute and comfortable for my family and I. There is also a cute patio area which we would have hung out in if we had more time here. I think my only complaint would be I had to rewash some of the dishes before using them, which was not that big of a deal. I will definitely be back when in need of a place. It was great!

The house was easy to find and check in. It was very clean and comfortable with a nice porch to enjoy a snack and a glass of wine. Great location as well.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property as an investment many years ago. When we originally purchased it the neighborhood was pretty run down and downtown Livermore was nothing special. Over the last 15 years the neighborhood has experienced drastic improvements and the downtown district has undergone a major renovation. Downtown Livermore is now a destination and the wineries on the south side of town have brought something special as well.

What makes this property unique

Staying in a residential, working class neighborhood you get the true feel for life in Livermore. Yet being so close to downtown you can walk to the many restaurants and shops. It's the best of both worlds. The studio offers all the creature comforts of home that you don't find in a sterile hotel room.
