Good property, great location

The house met all expectations - clean, fairly well maintained, especially for the age of the property. Only minor blip was shaky railing on the second floor deck, which made us nervous with kids. The location was fantastic, a hop and skip to one of the area’s less crowded beaches, and a <10 minute bike or car ride to Bethany proper or Fenwick. Highly recommended!

Nice house, great location!

We had an awesome time. The walk to the beach is literally across the street. It’s also in walking distance to a couple nice restaurants and stores for whatever you might need. We loved it. The house and neighborhood was quiet. Perfect place for family!

Great location

Great location-5 minutes walk from the beach, we had to clean when we got there because there was sand on the floor still and it turned your feet and our kids legs black due to dirt. Rented through an agency not directly through VRBO so be aware. Difficult to communicate with the agent. Took several emails to get a response. And if you leave something behind. You’ll never hear back. But the house itself is nice- you can’t beat the location.
