The property owner clearly does not look after the property that well.
Heated towel rail in main bathroom was not working. Lack of unchipped coffee mugs.
We also had the hot water cylinder blow up, smelly carpet and water dripping through the ceiling lights downstairs.

Hi Kylie
We thought you enjoyed your Queenstown holiday.
We're sorry these three things impacted your stay. We will be sure to replace the coffee mugs. We'll get the towel rail fixed ASAP. It is a shame you did not let us know during your stay.
The hot water cylinder was unfortunately out of our control and these things do happen - it was fixed within an hour.
Warm Regards
Liz
