we love this because...

When we plan a weekend away with friends, space, where we all come together, is on the top of our list.

CAPRI HOUSE has the ultimate kitchen entertaining space to hang out in. Opening the large glass doors we bring the outside in and spend all our time relaxing with a glass of bubbly in hand lounging in the sunshine.

We cook up a storm in the super glamorous kitchen while we wish it was in our own house so we could be the envy of our friends.
In winter we snuggle up in the leather lounge in front of the roaring fire, watching movies or chatting about life.

We walk across the road to a track through the sand dunes that take us to Rye Ocean Beach and we watch the surfers mastering the waves. Walking the length of the beach we watch the waves crash against the shore and experience the reinvigorating power of the sea air, a relaxing and a reconnecting with nature.
For dinner or lunch, we head to St Andrew's Beach Brewery and its busy vibe. Book one of the old horse stables for your group and try a paddle of beer. For coffee we head to Hunter Cafe and Store in the small set of shops at Dundas Street a 15-minute walk away.

What fun! a new house to visit that lets four-legged friends like me sleep inside.
Yay! a garden with tall fences to keep me safe. Love the trees and bushes, there are lots of interesting smells. Are those possums in the trees?
And there's a special basket just for me. No way! What's in there? Ooh, ooh! a treat from PAWDINKUM. I LOVE THIS PLACE.

Lovely escape with the family

We really enjoyed the stay, the house was spacious and spotless and the arrival hamper with a selection of local goodies was the cherry on top. It was nice to enjoy a little weekend away with the family reading books by the fireplace and with our little family dog as well (taking the headache out of organising a dog sitter). Will come again :-)

Great family getaway

Came for the weekend for my birthday with family. Place is brilliant. Very clean. Well equipped. Easy check in and out. Only issue is that the split system and wall heater in the main bedroom aren’t working so it was a bit cold.

Spacious and Clean. Perfectly equipped. Location is not dramatic away from the ocean (as explained before the booking). It is in between the two good golf courses and close enough to shopping. Very comfortable to spend a week of relaxing time. Will check again.

Lovely getaway to St Andrew’s

We came for a 5 night getaway over summer… Capri was lovely - clean and bright. Great secluded outside deck area, spacious kitchen/dining area - stocked with all the pots, pans, utensils for eating in, big main bedroom with ensuite and walk in robe. Lots of puzzles and games for adults/older children, younger children had a giant connect 4 to play with. Location was great, not too far from sorrento, cape schanck & flinders. SO close to St Andrew’s Brewery! Just be aware the blinds in the 3rd and kids bedroom are quite sheer & do not block out the morning sun - so my kids were up very early in the morning. Otherwise, a great place to stay!

Relaxing Pet Friendly Weekend in Saint Andrews Beach

We absolutely loved staying here and it was the perfect pet friendly weekend away with friends and our dogs. The communication and instructions from the hosts was exceptional (text messages when the house was available to check-in on the day which ended up being before midday, wifi password and key safe combination sent in advance, check-out instructions sent the night before) and the welcome gifts of prosecco, dog treats and doggie bags was a beautiful touch. The kitchen was very well equipped and perfect for a weekend of cooking meals. The only note I have to mention to the hosts is to replace the food processor (it didn't work for me) and ice cube trays (get new ones). Otherwise a perfect stay and I'd happily book this place again.

Lovely Property

Very well equipped and appointed property. Ideal location for the beach but just a little out of the way for shopping/dining etc. Overall pretty clean and tidy although outdoor cushions could do with a clean.
