Overall it was a good experience. The host was very responsive on check in day. The condo was very reasonably priced. It is beachfront but you can't actually see the beach due to a sun deck in the way of the balcony. I gave 3 stars on accuracy of listing because the description says queen size beds but they are full size. Minimal cookware available for use.The pool, lazy river, and splash pad were great. Easy beach access, good drinks from the poolside bar, good food from the café, and a gift shop with a variety of items.

This is a great condo for a getaway. Right on the beach! It was convenient to other attractions as well! The only thing missing was coffee but a trip to the store took care of that!

The room was exactly as described and very clean. It was spacious for our needs (3 adults). I liked that you could close off the bedroom for privacy. The beds were very comfortable, even the murphy bed, which I used. The elevators in the hotel are VERY slow, but that isn't Brian (the host's) fault. It is a factor however. This room was on the 7th floor so I found myself taking the stairs some to avoid the wait. It's important to know that this room is directly across from the 7th floor indoor pool and hot tub. If you have kids, you'll probably love this feature. If you are older and don't want to hear kids playing into the night, you need to know this going in. This room doesn't overlook the sand due to a cool 7th story sun deck. That didn't bother me, but if you like to sit on your balcony and people watch, that isn't a possibility due to the sun deck blocking that view. You have great ocean views however. We didn't use the pool. It was very crowded with small children. I'm a beach person anyway, so no big deal to me. There again, if you're older and want a quieter setting, this might not be your cup of tea.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was just as it appeared in the photos. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals. Location to the beach was awesome.

Beachfront lovely stay

Less than two minute walk to the beach, you can see it from the community patio, but you can see the ocean from the balcony(patio blocks view of beach itselt but its still right there) It was clean, and very convenient location as we were able to walk to alot of places Elevators are slow but other than that its perfect

Great place to stay

This room was great and very clean. It was in a good location, steps from the indoor pool. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star review is the pools and hot tubs were not cleaned well, if at all while we were there. My mom and I had a wonderful time and would stay here again.

Great Stay!

Brian’s place was great! It was very clean and super spacious for just two of us. The location was convenient for everything we wanted to do and is right on the beach. The only thing that wasn’t great was that the hot tub was closed, but that was no fault of the owners. Would definitely recommend Brian’s unit to anyone!
