This three bedroom condo will comfortably accommodate 8 guests. Value and convenience make One Ocean Place 605 an easy choice by providing the perfect setting to create vacation memories with your family and friends! A dedicated work space with a high top desk offers 2 USB ports and grounded outlets for laptops. Additional amenities included are 2 smart TVs, washer/dryer, a highchair for the little ones, and a newly remodeled wet bar.

One Ocean Place is located 1.2 miles north of the Garden City Pier is Horry County. This twelve-story oceanfront complex offers the ultimate experience in oceanfront living! Feel the ocean breeze, listen to the waves crashing along the shore, and watch a sunrise from your spacious oceanfront balcony. Take the elevator down to the ground level and it's only a short walk before you feel the sand beneath your feet. One Ocean Place offers a resort like feel with a north and south tower, each having their own elevators, outdoor oceanside pools, sundecks, and outdoor hot tubs. Parking is secured with security gates. Covered parking has clearance ranging from 6' to 7'3”. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted. LIMITED PARKING FOR OVERSIZED VEHICLES.

Dirty & dated

Just an FYI, place was dirty. Ceiling fans had an inch of dust, bugs in the bed (looked like weird ants), roaches, sheets didn’t fit king bed, mold in the showers. Wallpaper was peeling all over. Got a rash from sitting on the recliner. I expected more for my money. Silverware especially the spoons need replaced, sharp edges. No dish soap, sponges, can opener doesn’t work. I could go on but by my description BUGGY & DIRTY is the main issue! Don’t recommend!

Our stay was one week. We were grateful to find an oceanfront property with a 3 month short notice, so this review is purely constructive criticism. The best feature of this property was the oceanfront balcony, we spent a lot of time there. The worst part of this experience was how dirty and dusty the fans were, the bar sink shelving, and the tops of mirrors and tvs were also covered in dust. I used a towel to clean our ceiling fan before we turned it on. The condo is a little bit dated with bathroom tile and shower fixtures, however everything was functional. This condo is pretty spacious, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which was nice for everyone to have their own bathroom. The location is great, pools were well kept and clean. The hot tub didn't work properly, one day cold, the next day too hot, one day jets working, the next not working. No big deal for us. This could be an awesome place to stay but a deep clean should be in order.

Great place, wonderful view, family venue

LOVED this place for our last-minute get-a-way. View was spectacular!! Watched dolphins swimming and jumping within 1-hour of getting there. Pretty clean for the most part, not impressed with cleaning service as they missed quite a few things. Overall a nice experience and would like to visit again!
