Panoramic Views of Adelaide from all bedroom and living room windows. Self contained lower floor of a modern executive home built by renowned Australian architect Max Pritchard. 15 mins from the city by car, separate entrance with keypad. Situated in the Leafy suburb of Belair on the border with Torrens Park. 2 bedrooms with storage, bathroom, kitchenette, private 180 degree city views decking and outdoor space, internal courtyard, living room, pool table, 2 lounges, TV and a dining table.
Your guest suite is self contained on the lower level of house with digital keypad access. It consists of a large private living area with panoramic views of Adelaide. The living space has a dining table, 2 lounges, pool table, printer & scanner and wifi. There are 2 bedrooms both with queen beds with electric blankets and ample storage space with draws and cabinets. Both bedrooms have panoramic views of Adelaide. There is a kitchenette, that has a microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, led lighting, plates, bowls, knives, forks, cups, glasses, chopping boards etc. However there is no cooktop nor sink except for the nearby bathroom. There is a fridge next to the kitchenette. The bathroom has the usual amenities including shower, bathtub and toilet. We will also provide fresh towels every second day.
Along the corridor that connects the living space and the bedrooms and bathroom there are sliding glass doors which open up into the private courtyard, which has a table and chairs. Access to the private deck is possible through this courtyard as well.
The outdoor space includes a lawn area and modest timber deck with a weber barbeque, table and chairs where outdoor meals can be prepared and enjoyed. The outdoor area has panoramic views of Adelaide. The deck area is totally private and can not be viewed by your host.
Your have a well lit private deck pathway that leads around the eastern side of the house to your guest suite. Which passes your deck area, and the side entrance to your private courtyard. Your independent entrance is separate to ours so if you come home late you do not have to worry about waking us. There is parking available on site and above on the road.
The area is leafy, with significant native wildlife. Birds visit the tree just outside the bedroom windows everyday. Koalas, kangaroos even a rare emu can pass below your window anytime of the day.

The house is situated on the prime position on the face of the hill overlooking Adelaide city. The views from here are considered one of the best in Adelaide including the nearby landmark of "Windy Point" as they are panoramic without obstructions. The street is a cul-de-sac so it is quiet with low traffic. We are also nearby to the Belair National Park.
At nearby "Belair Vines" shops, there is a bakery, a 7 Day shop, chemist, post office along with Chinese and Indian takeaway/dine in food which is 10min to 15min walk away. There is also a fish and chip shop/pizzeria nearby. A wine cellar is also nearby. There is a cafe nearby within 20 mins walking distance, 4 min drive on Sheoak Road.
Mitcham Shopping centre has a cinema complex and many shops, restaurants and is next to the Torrens Arms which is the local historic Pub. Blackwood is a busy trading area to the South and has many restaurants, cafes and shops. There is a historic garden which is now a publicly owned botanic garden "Witunga" which focuses on Native & South African plants. Blackwood is $10-13 on UberX, and to get to the Torrens Arms in Mitcham in $11-$15 on UberX.
It is 15mins to the city by car/uber. To get to Victoria Square in the city is $20-26 via UberX est. Nearby bus routes also pass by within 3min walking distance. Trains are also available further in Belair/Blackwood that go down the hill into the city. UberX to Adelaide Airport est. is $27-$36. We are only 35mins from the Mclaren Vale wine region. 20 mins to Glenelg beach with an UberX est. of $23-$31 to the famous Jetty Road.
