All linen is provided, please bring beach towels.

The open-plan living area is perfect for spending time together, featuring a comfortable lounge with a large-screen TV, equipped with WI-FI for all your streaming needs. The living space leads directly to a balcony, allowing you to enjoy the fresh ocean breeze in summer and the warmth of the sun in winter. Along with air-conditioning for added comfort.

The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay or enjoy alfresco dining on the deck overlooking the ocean views whilst the BBQ does all the work.

Three spacious bedrooms provide ample space and comfort. Two modern bathrooms, including one with a bathtub, ensure convenience for your group, and an outdoor shower is ideal after a day at the beach.

Just a short walk away, you’ll find the cafe and restaurant in Angourie, perfect for enjoying local food and drinks.

Guests have access to a carport for one vehicle. A power outlet is provided if you require to trickle-charge your electric vehicle.

Very peaceful and quiet location close to Yamba for any shopping items. villa very clean and all appliances function properly- No wifi but most private properties don’t have and not essential for a getaway
