Excellent location. Central to many things. Quiet neighborhood. Very safe. Very clean. Only complain is staining of the furniture, which probably could use some work, but everything else is great

Beautiful Cape Cod vacation house. Close to beautiful downtown Chatham and fun beaches. House was in great condition and plenty big enough for our house of 6 adults (parents and 4 teenage/20s kids). Highly recommend this house and the owners were very easy to contact and work with.
