"The Studio" is a modern, inviting and fully self contained unit located in Belvoir Pavilions, a beautiful country retreat located 10 minutes south of Berry.
It is perfect for a group of friends or family of up to four who wish to escape the city and explore the delights of the scenic NSW South Coast. Guests can also take full advantage of the pool and gardens and other facilities on offer by Belvoir Pavilions.
The ground floor contains a hall and a modern bathroom with walk in shower. A flight of stairs leads to the upper floor - an open plan space with glorious floorboards spanning the entire area and cosy rugs scattered throughout.
It consists of a well equipped kitchenette with all utensils and appliances, dining table & chairs, sofa, TV with Foxtel and 2 single and 1 double bed.

Originally from Northern Ireland I migrated to Sydney in the early 80s with my young family and fell in love with the country over the following few years.
I really enjoy running my guest house and have had a fabulous time welcoming my guests from all nationalities - be it long or short stay. I have recently relocated from Sydney to Berry after running a hugely successful B&B there.
My experience as a host has taught me how to communicate with all personality types. I have found some people love to socialise and enjoy a glass of wine with me in the back pavilion in the warm evenings, while others prefer their own privacy and are comfortable with doing "their own thing". Either way, I thoroughly enjoy the interesting people hosting invariably brings. There is never a dull moment and I really pride myself on creating a peaceful, comfortable and relaxing environment for the guests who come through my front door.

Why they chose this property
The South Coast of NSW is simply breathtakingly beautiful with its gorgeous beaches (too numerous to mention here), wineries, superb dining and wonderful towns like Berry, Gerringong and Kiama to explore. Finding my home in such a perfect part of the country was like a dream come true and the views of the undulating Cambewarra mountains never fail to impress. Visitors flock here in summer and winter as there is always something going on regardless of the season.
What makes this property unique
I fell in love with this property the minute I saw it and for good reason. It is a beautiful architecturally designed home with magnificent gardens. It has been featured in two editions of South Coast Style magazine and gets its name from the beautiful views of Cambewarra Mountain from the back terrace pavilion. The studio is separate from the main home and my guests enjoy complete privacy to come and go as they wish. It is spacious, roomy and equipped with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing getaway. Having 1 double and 2 single beds, it is perfect for small families or girls' weekends. The reverse cycle unit ensure the studio is kept deliciously cool in summer and warm and cosy in the cooler months.
