Perfect for your next "Ski Time Getaway" our perfectly situated and freshly renovated mountain condo sits within a block walk up to the lifts at Snow Summit Resort- the ultimate year round location no matter the season you choose to visit Big Bear. Whether you plan on skiing, snowboarding, spending time on the lake, shopping in the village, or roaming the zoo, you will be just minutes and in some cases, steps from your door.
Enter in the freshly renovated and cozy living room area where you are greeted with beautiful hardwood floors, knotty pine wall accents, and big open windows that provide the perfect balance of natural lighting and great views for you to enjoy watching the snow falling outside. Snuggle up on the oversized sectional together as you warm your toes in front of the toasty gas faux log fireplace and pop on a movie on the flat screen TV with Cable and hi speed WIFI internet provided for your enjoyment by the owners. The custom dining table and breakfast bar stools pair up to ensure there is plenty of sitting space for your meals together while the chef of your group will absolutely love the modern and equipped kitchen offering cookware, utensils, general appliances, and even a dishwasher to ensure your cleanup is a breeze here.
A separate washer and dryer is also on hand which is the ultimate convenience for those wet snow clothes or extended visits here to the mountains plus a convenient hallway bathroom is easily accessible here on the entry level.
