Our home is well suited for families, friends and in-laws with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus air conditioning. Situated between Great Bay and Little Pond with steps to Bristol Beach and Falmouth Heights. Bike or stroll the gravel trail along Great Bay to Vineyard Sound. Close to shopping, restaurants, Shining Sea Bike Way, ferries to Martha's Vineyard, parks and playgrounds. Bikes upon request! Helmets suggested.

First floor offers a master suite with a queen bed and a semi-private bath with walk-in shower. Kitchen, living room and laundry facility offers families the flexibility to relax at home with a modern flare. The second floor offers 3 bedrooms with a central bathroom with walk-in shower. King bedroom with a sofa, queen bedroom with a additional twin, and an additional bedroom with 2 twin beds. Linens and towels provided! Air conditioning provides comfort throughout the home. There is also a full upright grand piano for music lovers!

A two level deck offers ample seating and grilling for family dinning and outdoor enjoyment. The yard offers room for games and is outlined with flower gardens. The outdoor shower offers a Cape Cod tradition.

Bikes and crib upon request, very flexible and reachable hosts if anything is needed. Furry friends considered upon request.
