Hill’s Hummingbird Haven LLC 21442827

Hill’s Hummingbird Haven is a quaint home that offers a peaceful stay for visitors to the Sierra Vista area. We are located five minutes from Fort Huachuca, and have easy access to the 90 bypass. Our guest have full access to an attached garage with additional parking if needed. There is a local bike rental shop minutes away from the house for your own cycling adventures. Restaurants, grocery stores, and drug stores are all within a 5 minute drive from the townhome.
The interior is tastefully designed with an eclectic mix of European and South West influences. This townhome has two bedrooms, with a queen size bed in each. There is a full service kitchen, dining room, sitting room, and TV room with a queen size sleeper sofa. There is a folding twin cot in the master bedroom closet as well. The back patio is private and guests are welcome to use the grill with plenty of outdoor seating available. Feel free to fill the hummingbird feeder’s and get your cameras ready for an acrobatic dance. Please read house rules prior to booking your stay.
For the security of our guests this home has one outdoor security camera at the entrance and it is turned off after guests check in.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights
Please make sure to wash all pans used to prepare food and put away. Any dirty dishes should be put into the dishwasher and dishwasher started with the dishwasher liquid or pods.
If you use the backyardgrill, make sure the grill is cleaned directly after use . There is a $20 cleaning fee if the grill is left dirty.
Make sure and clean up any trash in the house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
* You may not exceed the # of guests in B&B specified at the time of booking.
If house rules are broken on “no parties” and “guest # bookings”, you may be asked to leave and not refunded.
Absolutely no animals in the home with the exception of Certified Service Animal and they may not be left alone and unattended in our home.

Family adventure in Sierra Vista

Very nice property and conveniently located. We used it as a base to explore Tombstone and the Huachuca Mountains. The house was immaculate with all the amenities you could want and more. If and when we make it back to the area we would definitely stay here again.

I would like to give this very well stocked and cute home a 4.5. The host was super - check in and out was easy. The house was nicer than most in the neighborhood. The back patio was not inviting. Other than that, the house was close to restaurants and birding spots.

Very comfortable and inviting. My friends and I enjoyed our evenings playing games. During the day we went to some lovely sites. Every thing we could have needed was provided. Easy to get into the home. Felt safe and comfortable. If I ever come this direction again I would stay here again.
