Sombrero Beach Villa with Private Pool and Dock

This beautiful villa was built in 2017, making it one of the newest and modern homes in the Florida Keys. There are numerous qualities that make this villa an ideal place to call home for your travels, such as: location, amenities, comfort, and style.

Marathon, Florida is in the middle of all the beauty and action of what the Florida Keys have to offer. Many popular attractions are just minutes away! There are many award winning and highly rated restaurants on Tripadvisor at a walking distance or short car ride away. Sombrero Beach is a public beach offering complimentary parking, outdoor grilling, kayak launching area, beach volleyball, children play area, and public restrooms. At a walking or bike ride distance from our home: Publix Supermarket, KMart, McDonalds, Walgreens, USPS, UPS, and Ice Cream Parlor to just name a few.

Our large 40 foot dock offers our guest the option to bring their boats, jetskis, and waverunners, or be able to rent them locally and have easy access to them directly from their home. The dock contains washing supplies such as a hose and an electrical outlet, all for our guests convenience. And better way to enjoy a beautiful sunny day than with a dip in the pool. Our pool offers a two person bench with a water jet and an LED light to set the perfect night time atmosphere. And now, you can enjoy the pool during winter season with our newly installed pool water heater!

This home comes equipped with all things necessary in making your vacation memorable. Beach, shower, and face towels are all included with your stay. Starter shampoo, conditioner, soaps, and shower gels are placed in each bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, serving dishes, large plates, salad plates, bowls, mugs, glass cups, wine glasses, and much more.

I enjoy traveling, and aside from my many trips to the Florida Keys, my second favorite location would be Hawaii. Why they chose this property

This home is located near all that's necessary to having the ultimate Florida Keys vacation! Sombrero Beach offers so many amenities absolutely complimentary, including a kayak launch area in which you can launch the kayaks my villa provides for you. There is a bike trail that leads to the beach which allows you to take advantage of the four bikes we provide. Our backyard is an island oasis, offering a beautiful dock and private swimming pool. Bask in the sun with our lounge seating or watch your favorites sports team on our outdoor flat screen television all while enjoying outdoor grilling and a dip in the pool.
