6 C Mariner’s Walk recently came under new ownership and in preparation to become a vacation rental destination, updates were made that included the following:
• New flooring throughout the living and dining area. • New large screen UHD TV’s, one each in the family room & each bedroom. • New king master bedroom suite with a new mattress. • New family room sectional sofa with a queen sleeper. • New screened in porch furniture. • The addition of towel hooks in the screened in porch. • New cookware, a Keurig machine, flatware, and cutlery to name a few of the kitchen items. • New light fixtures.
In addition to the upgrades above, each bathroom in 6 C Mariner’s Walk has been updated.
While the interior is excellent at 6 C Mariner ’s Walk, the large screen porch is where your family and friends will want to be throughout the vacation. Featuring new and comfortable outdoor furniture and towel hooks to dry your beach towels, it is the perfect spot to enjoy fresh summer watermelon as you smell the salt air on the breeze while watching the kids splash in the Mariner’s Walk swimming pool only steps away. Also, the porch is large enough to set your beach gear to the side w/o interrupting the enjoyment of the porch and views it offers.

Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking. - The Mariners Walk pool is unheated and is open April 1 – October 31 from 8:00 AM to dusk. The pool deck, which features a community grill, is open in the off season. - Golf carts/LSVs are not permitted at this complex. - Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Fireplaces are not for guest use. - Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes. - Guests have access to the Mariners Walk pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes. - While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.

The property was clean and in a great location to the pool and beach. While at the pool, we noticed lots of mosquitoes and returned home with many bites. It would be nice if that pool area was sprayed for ants and insects. Otherwise, a great stay in a nice condo.

The villa was exactly as the pictures in the add. Very spacious and beautiful .
The villa is as beautiful as the pictures in the add . The screen in porch was a cozy place to enjoy our morning coffees. The grocery store was close by. The beach was long and beautiful, I would stay their again ,
We had a short five day getaway with one of our kids and their significant other. We had a great time and especially enjoyed having coffee on the screened in porch in the morning. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach. The condo was clean and very beautiful. It fit our needs wonderfully. We will definitely be back.

Condo was very nice, had most amenities we needed, aside from some shotty renovations that left my daughter with a sliced foot right after entering the condo. (They did send maintenance to fix the area where she was cut). Constant automated texts from management company throughout stay “checking in”, but when you actually needed help (like them changing the door code on you & being locked out),…very difficult to get ahold of someone. Condo was great, management company was lacking.

We truly enjoyed our time at Isle of Palms. The sun room was a bonus! We enjoyed coffee in the early morning and the quiet evenings, just sitting. The walk to the sandy, beach front was a short and enjoyable walk. Though cloudy and rainy the time we were there, we drove to Mount Pleasant and Charleston to visit and sight see. We did have a Gecko visit us the first night but didn't see it after that. The king bed was more firm than the queen bed in case you are going with friends like we did, you can pick rooms accordingly. The property management was quick to reply with any questions we had. We would not hesitate to visit or stay here in the future. Kim
All was great. However, the second bedroom needs curtains or a room darkening shade. There are blinds in there and the light outside the window stays on all night and shines in the room. I had a hard time sleeping.

Nice property in wild dunes with short walk to the beach and slight ocean view
The property is well maintained and clean. It is a short walk to the beach. There is a small view of the ocean from the back porch. The resort is very dense. You can hear the neighbors on top and next to you. The pool was not open. There is no hot tub the TV's are nice and a large selection. The kitchen is well equipped. There is plenty of parking a few steps from the door. It's more 3 star than 4 or 5 star mostly because of age of property and minimal amenities.
We came down to celebrate my daughters birthday who attends College of Charleston. Beautiful condo, amazing view of the sunset from the kitchen every morning! Look forward to staying here again.
This place is absolutely gorgeous! From the modern kitchen with every tool you could possibly need, to the large screened in porch with padded furniture and fluffy pillows, there was nothing about the place we did not like! To top it off, the mattresses were amazing - very firm for support, but cushiony on top so as not to hurt your joints! The landscaping was gorgeous as well. We loved it!
The home owners have done such a lovely job with this rental. We have been to isle of palms 4 times and this was our favorite rental by far. We have two small children who are very active so being extremely close to the beach and pool was fantastic. The screened in porch gives so much extra space to enjoy as well. The beds were comfortable and you can tell the unit is well maintained. The only issue we had was the master bedding wasn’t clean when we arrived and the main entry door was left wide open (screen door was closed). This has nothing to do with the owners or the unit ..,,We let the rental property know and I was able to just wash things as well as receive new linens the next day. It was a tiny blip for us and everything else was perfect. We might not be able to go back next year but if we do i would love to stay here again!
The property was a perfect location and everything that we needed for a very comfortable stay. The beds were super comfortable. The only negative was the comfort of the couch and that there were minor repairs that were needed.
Our family of 4 spent one week at wild dunes to kick off summer - it was perfect. Condo is very conveniently located, and fully stocked with anything needed for a relaxing week.
