Launch a kayak or stand up paddle board from the private dock or relax on the large covered lanai as you take in a beautiful Hawaiian sunset.
Hardwood flooring and tropical furnishings provide a comfortable setting while a state of the art kitchen includes, gas cooking stove, top grade appliances, barbecue and everything needed for your stay in paradise.
The owners have completely remodeled and added a fourth bedroom and third bathroom, making the home ideal for up to 8 guests. Bedding includes queen sized master, two guests rooms - each with king bedding, and a new guest room with full-sized bed and twin trundle along with ensuite bathroom.
Property is fully air-conditioned and gated for added security. Please note: A small dipping pool and hot tub is under maintenance repair in 2024 and may not be available to guests.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Another wonderful 30 day stay at the Niuiki house. The property has incredible outdoor space, being on the waterfront. One of the best locations to capture both sunrise and sunset. It’s our 2nd time staying there and would definitely consider it again in the future. We did have some issues with appliances, however, the Property Management were quick to resolve. The pictures posted are a true reflection of the wonderful house.

The welcome gift was one of the best ever received. We found the house to be fully stocked with kitchen ware, towels, etc.... We had an excellent booking experience with Barbea, she was quick to respond to our questions. The Property Manager, Lisa, was also excellent. Loved the ease at communicating with her when it was required. Have already booked for 2023. Mahalo!
